Scout's Place Loft is located in the heart of North Barrett Square, overlooking one of Rosemary's most popular greens! With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an added bunk room, this loft is spacious enough to be a retreat for your family, yet still cozy enough for a couples' getaway.

Scout's Place has been newly decorated with contemporary décor and finishes. Its modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops flows seamlessly into a large, open dining and living area. The bold, earthy colors of the furnishings contrast perfectly with the incredible amount of natural lighting. From the living room, you can open French doors leading to a private balcony. With a high-top table and comfortable seating for two, the west-facing balcony is the perfect spot to watch the sun set over Rosemary Beach.

Scout's Place Loft has amenities for everyone including, TVs in each bedroom and the bunk room which has a TV for each bunk (so no arguments over who gets the remote!), free adult bikes, and it is only steps away from shopping, dining, and activities in Barrett Square!

Great stay in Rosemary Beach

Scout's Place was great. Check-in was very easy. The office is just across the street. This unit overlooks Barrett Square. I was concerned about the noise; however, that was not a factor. This is on the 3rd floor. Did not hear a lot of noise from the street below. The unit was very clean and had a good quantity of towels. Everything was in working order. This unit is only a short 3-5 minute walk to the beach. Thank you for a great stay.

Filthy condo…. Do not recommend

We have been to Rosemary about 15 times in the last 10 years. I have never left less than a 5 star review before. This property is filthy and I would never recommend. Upon arrival, the floors were dirty, food still under the table, both bathrooms had black mold throughout all the caulk in the showers, many of the drawers filled with dirt, a large yellow stain on the comforter, the baseboards were disgusting especially in the bathrooms (looked like even spots of urine on the baseboards in the master bathroom), toilets have large black mold rings at the top of the toilet bowls,and the rugs are filthy. I can not tell you how disappointed were were. We called Rosemary and they came and cleaned the food up and cleaned the floors again. Unfortunately, a quick mop did not really help with the floors. Our feet were black if we walked on the floors and rugs without socks or shoes on. They attempted to get some of the mold out of the bathroom, but it didn’t help as the caulk will have to be removed to make that happen. They took the stained comforter and brought us a new one. I appreciated the fact they attempted to come clean, but this place shouldn’t have been rented in this condition. We requested a manager call us 6 days ago and another request yesterday and we never received a call which makes this even more disappointing. We love Rosemary and feel we spent way too much money for a place that was in this condition

Great place for a reasonable cost

The location of Scout’s Place was perfect. We ended up adding 2 teenagers to the trip not originally planned, but the condo still worked just fine. The bunk room was a little cozy for teens. Ideally we would have had a little more space, but we managed well. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the hustle and bustle of the square.
