Our highly rated one bedroom(king), two full bath condo with separate bunk area, and commercial queen pull out sofa has been totally remodeled. The furnishings and paintings were designed specifically for this condo. The master is on the gulf unlike most of the 1 bedroom condos. The condo has a 30 foot balcony accessible from the bedroom or family room and is located/recessed on the 12th floor without road noise and just the sound of waves and kids playing on the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with f refrigerator/ice maker, microwave, stove, dishwasher, utensils, and washer/dryer- separate alcove in condo. Internet service is free. The family room has a 60 Inch Smart TV and DVD player whereas bedroom has 42 inch TV. Please come down via car or plane and relax, recharge, and totally enjoy a most pleasurable vacation!!

Tidewater beach is within walking distance(0.9 mile) from Pier Park(900,000 square feet of Shopping, Entertainment, and Dining) on Front Beach Road in the new and convenient west end of Panama City Beach. Pier Park Opened in 2008 with noteworthy restaurants such as Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville. Perfect Property

We really enjoyed our stay, Mr. Williamson was very responsive with all questions. The property had everything needed, a home away from home. Close to Pier Park, easy parking. The view was amazing and we loved the large balcony.

Great Room!

Room is AWESOME. Clean, good location, well designed. Tidewater on the other hand seems to get worse & worse. One of the main elevators was out so wait times were 20 - 30 minutes each time. We had a 2 month old and had to take the stairs a few times. Hot tub on our side was broken as well. Overall, love this condo though and would definitely recommend.

PEAK season

The condo is exactly as pictured and absolutely beautiful. The view is surreal and for the time during our stay we had gorgeous weather for going to the beach. The only problem is that it was peak of peak season(maybe) and the resort was bursting at the seams with people. We were only staying a few days and found the elevators to be the most annoying part of our stay (other than the loud young 20 something's). However, once I talked to security about a neighbor playing their music way too loudly, they were on top of it. So please use your resources rather than bug the owners about noise control. Tidewater has rules and regs in place. The security and other staff we interacted with were kind despite some of how I saw other guests treating them. Give the staff a break about the elevators, the beach umbrellas, and make your reservations online if you want front row beach lounges. There are many many amenities to staying here that my husband and I didn't explore because we wanted the view from the balcony(check!) A clean condo (minus some sand but it's the beach), and we did shopping (there's some fun outlet shoppes right down the road). There is construction currently in the area and other drivers are not as observant of pedestrian laws so watch out if you walk. Make sure you read everything! Otherwise, the biggest and most difficult thing to navigate was the elevators, but the host can't control that, except to give advice. Waves is a cute little restaurant, too. Recommended.

We loved this Condo!!

I have stayed in many condos on the beach and this one was the very best! The owner of Tidewater 1215 was very fast to respond to any questions and made suggestions as to restaurants, amenities at Tidewater and ways to bypass some of the crowd in Panama City Beach at this time of year. Check in was very easy! The condo itself was very clean to include flooring, bathrooms, bunk area /beds, king master and kitchen area. All the bed linen and towels were also very clean. The kitchen was well stocked and had 2 coffee makers! The master bedroom had a wonderful view of beach and water, while drinking coffee from the bedside. The living room also had beautiful view as the balcony was huge. The beach was only about 50 feet away from back exit of building providing easy access. We enjoyed nearly all the amenities such as the OCEAN, heated indoor pool for night swimming, game room, coffee/ice cream shop, tiki hut, jacuzzis, and large pools on each end of building! We loved it so much that we have already decided to come back for our fall break in October!

Clean and Convenient

We throughly enjoyed our Tidewater condo. Its 3/4 miles from Pier Park with all the restaurants/shopping and the same distance to the ball fields. The condo was very clean including linen and towels. All of the furnishings are suitable for their “beachy” theme. The kitchen was well stocked including a keurig coffee maker and Mr Coffee. The owner responded to all our questions quickly and was very helpful on recommendations for restaurants.

Sheets dirty, owner does not wash comforter.

Owner has many rules regarding condo yet when arrived bunk bed sheets were dirty with food crumbs, sand, and had a used towel laying on top. When alerted owner of this he did apologize and stated he would “tell the cleaning lady” and drop off more laundry pods so that before we exit condo on last day to have his linens and towels washed for him. Essentially making it seem that if the people ahead of you don’t clean the place and do your wash, then it’s most likely not clean. He went on to tell me not to thrown the king comforter in the laundry as “that does not get washed as it doesn’t fit good in his washer/ dryer” to which I asked if it was indeed clean or if I was laying on a comforter that never gets cleaned??? His response was “it was washed before you came because the people before you didn’t understand my instructions and put it in washer, but no it’s not normally cleaned unless it is visibly spotted with BLOOD, or other stains.” Ewwwww!!!!

Awesome condo and location

The condo has a great view of the beach and ocean from the living room and master bedroom. The decorations and furnishings are airy, stylish, and just right for the beach. The kitchen is well equipped with both Keurig and Mr Coffee. Pier Park, a major shopping and eating complex is 3/4 miles away. The owner communicates very quickly.

Awesome Host

Condo was very nice. Condo was clean and well supplied. Owner responded quickly to any questions we had. The resort is clean and well maintained. Security is abundant. We enjoyed our stay. Elevators were very busy during check in and check out, but at other times the elevators were fine. Elevators are large and allow for many people, carts and luggage.

Weekend in Santa Fe

This is an amazing property in a perfect location. Close enough to many of the galleries and great restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked and even had a cold pitcher of filtered water waiting for us. Nice touch! Bed was very comfy and plenty of towels supplied. We will definitely be back.

Great view and perfect place to stay!

We had a great time during our stay. The view from your balcony was wonderful. We sat on the balcony several times watching the sun go down and the stars come out. We also enjoyed watching the activity on the beach. It was great to have the beach so close and the beach chairs were good to have. We found many places to eat that were very close. Having two bathrooms, a washer/dryer in the unit, and an ice maker in the refrigerator were very handy. We would stay here again if we get back to Panama City Beach.
