Beautiful holiday home with pool, in Ardèche, in Joyeuse. Capacity up to 10 people.
The Mas is located in South Ardèche, near the Gorges and Pont d'Arc, on the heights of the village of Joyeuse.
In the middle of the scrubland, quiet, near the rivers Labeaume and Chassezac, hiking trails, while being close to the center of the village below (3 min by car), restaurants, shops, and super markets.
Many villages around (elected most beautiful villages in France) offer daily markets of local producers. Balazuc, Labeaume, Vogue, Montreal, Aigueze, the Vans ...
Many sites to discover: Grotte Chauvet2, Grotte de la Madeleine, Saint Marcel, Aven d'Orgnac, Paiolive Wood, hanging gardens of the village of Labeaume ... For lovers of photography, here it is paradise.
Land of "Sports-Nature" the Ardèche will seduce you: caving, canyoning, canoeing, tree climbing, jumping rocks, swimming, hiking, mountain biking.

One reaches the house by a unique climbing road with a view of the village and the mountains of ardeche in the distance.
The farmhouse consists of 4 bedrooms, including 2 parental suites.
The parental suites have direct access from the outside, each having a private terrace with garden furniture. Each with its own private bathroom (Italian shower, toilet, sink) One of the suites has a spa bath. The beds are 160x200.
The 2 bedrooms are composed of a bed 160, 140 and three single beds. These two rooms benefit from a common bathroom (wc-shower with Italian and double basin).
The kitchen is fully equipped.
The Mas also offers a summer kitchen equipped with BBQ, wood oven.
