Penthouse at the Village is a sunny and spacious two-level condo overlooking the quiet adult pool and with a great view of the tennis and pickleball courts from the balcony. This condo’s fully-equipped kitchen has all the dishes and cookware you need to whip up a memorable meal for your family. The deck is conveniently equipped with an outdoor dining area, making it the perfect place to enjoy your meals with a view. You can enjoy your favorite shows on the smart TV in the family room, or watch DVDs in the loft or bedrooms. Relax and have fun in the two pools and jacuzzis. The main pool even has a wading pool for smaller swimmers. In addition to tennis and pickleball courts, the resort clubhouse has lots of fun in store for you and your family—racquetball, fitness room, mini-golf, ski-ball, basketball, sand volleyball, shuffleboard, and more—all included in your stay.

What’s nearby:
The condo is less than seven miles from St. George Dinosaur Discovery Site at Johnson Farm, which is near enough to take your little ones to enjoy the history of dinosaurs. Pioneer Park is a rocky 52-acre park featuring Dixie Rock, views of the city, hiking, BBQs, and a covered pavilion; you can also visit the St. George Narrow for a hike and see a panoramic view of the town. One block west of Sports Village are miles of great trails for mountain biking or hiking. Nearby are paved cycling/walking trails that connect into the city’s expansive system of trails. You will not be bored!

A place to sleep

I was disappointed with the interaction with Vacasa as we reached out multiple times to have a shower head put on one of the showers and despite multiple times being told that the ticket had been updated we didn’t see anyone or hear from anyone at n the 3.5 days were there. The TVs are very outdated. The listing is a little deceiving in the way it described the bunks bed room. It was not a room and was very small. We were able to sleep but that is about all.

Nice fall visit to St. George

Came mostly for a temple tour but also stopped at all the historical sites. The condo was perfect for the needs of three adults. We were a little concerned about the heat with the “penthouse”, top-floor, but with an AC unit for each floor, all was well with temperatures in the 80’s.

Good spot for a last minute getaway

The property was nice, everything in good condition. The management company was a little different to work with, but got the check in info in time. The year round heated pool was too warm for me, but the kids enjoyed it.

Good & clean. Has everything we needed for a short trip. Only complaint were the beds. They are quite body dipped, which isn’t unusual for a rental or unexpected, but they really creeked. We made it about 30 min in the master bed but any slight movement caused creeking. Loud enough that we moved to the other bedroom. That one was ok but stilled creeked and made it hard to sleep good. We moved back to the master, moved the couch and put the mate on the floor for our last night of a 2 night stay. I still give a 5 ⭐️because it met expectations, was clean, good amenities, close to where we wanted to be, etc.

Great amenities

Large area, clean, lots and lots of activities available. Lots of beds to allow for more people. Pool and hot tub adult great. Main level bathroom fan needs repair or replacing as it vibrated loudly each time it was used. Would return in future.

Economical condo choice

This condo worked well for our long weekend. It was one of the most economical choices in St. George. There were lots of amenities including pickleball, tennis, pool, even Raquet ball. The only downside was that the pool was small and crowded and the facilities are a bit dated. Condo is a bit dated as well but was adequate. We had a pleasant weekend.

Good location in between the National Parks in S Utah

The unit was nice & clean, but dated, this didn’t stop us from having a good time. Nice balcony over looking the pool and in the shade during the afternoon sun. We had a problem with the WiFi, the management called in the cable co and they fixed it right away.

Way to many stairs, could be cleaner...

The stairs were ridiculous, the condo was not dusted.. the furniture was not comfortable, and the patio was not cleaned, not useable... My mother passed away in the middle of our stay. I called someone to let them know, we wanted a credit, but no one got back to me.... really poor customer service....
