Hyper central district, all shops, amenities and monuments of the city within walking distance, as well as the port, the ocean and the beaches. Well served by public transport - bus, taxi, bus station 5 minutes walk. The apartment is located on the top floor of a well maintained small modern building and enjoys a large sun terrace with unobstructed views.
