Come Enjoy The Ultimate Urban Experience! The Brewer's stadium is a 5-minute drive away and just a ten-minute drive (3.3 miles) to downtown Milwaukee. 12-minutes away is Henry Maier Festival Park where you'll find the biggest, best music festival in the world, and the Summerfest grounds are within a stone's throw reach for all your ethnic festivals. The Fiserv Forum is located just minutes away in the downtown area.

The space:
I am a big fan of antiquing and going to estate sales, and in the process of doing that, I found some really beautiful but affordable pieces that I have no room for in my living space. So, I decided to furnish my rental with antiques! The home is beautiful, elegant and charming; just right for a luxurious vacation spot. The unit is not baby proofed and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion. The space is in the lower half of a duplex in a neighborhood community where people go to work and come home. Residents live in the upper unit and will respect your privacy as they would expect you do the same.

Baseball Weekend

We stayed with L'Tanya for a weekend to watch the Brewers play. The house is cozy and very well kept. Plenty of space for the 6 of us to sleep, eat, watch TV, prepare food, etc. Comfy beds and living room furniture. L'Tanya was very quick in responding to questions and very helpful. The only downfall was it has one parking spot off the busy street in front of the house. However, we parked both vehicles in front on the side of the road and all was well.

Marquette University graduation stay

Great proximity to the university and great for people to stop by and congratulate the graduate. Nicely appointed, however, just one tv in the house.

Responsive Hostess

For our purposes the property worked great! There were a few challenges while we were there, but the host was very responsive and rectified them promptly. Some may want to research neighborhood statistics prior to booking because the location is great for a hub to see the sights of Milwaukee, but the neighborhood isn’t the safest. Overall good experience.

Dance competition

We stayed at the property to be close to Miller high life theater for a dance competition. We found the house clean and charming! Neighbors were very friendly and helpful! Cannot say enough about how accessible and responsive the host is on this property, she's amazing!

Family compound for a weekend

Great older Milwaukee home, cool antiques. O/The one bathroom was not enough for 5 adults. One of the door nobs downstairs needs to be fixed. Great location.

Oldie but a Goodie

Older style home with a cool feel to it. Fit 7 grown men with relative ease. Hostess made life very easy and was easily ready to be contacted. Would stay again.

Nice home

We had everything needed for our stay! Beds were nice and comfortable, plenty of clean soft bath towels. Extra toiletries if you forget anything at home. Owner is responsive to any questions.

Good location and great antique house

Check in easy. Close to ballpark and festival grounds. 1/2 bath actually in dark basement and seat was broken. Wouldn’t use that. But we made due with just the one. Very cute decor. Immaculately clean. Appliances all super new high end. I didn’t realize third bedroom had pull out. Was listed just missed that detail. Not super comfy but foam found in closet second night which helped. Other two beds very comfy. Really great place and even though Uber driver suggested not a great neighborhood we felt safe and no concerns at all. Didn’t hear neighbors upstairs. Hope we didn’t bug them coming in late! Thanks for a great stay!

Cute house but doesn't sleep 8

This house is very cute but it does NOT sleep 8 people. It sleeps 6-7 at best. There is one pullout couch in a bedroom that sleeps 2, two bedrooms that sleep 2 each and one person had to sleep on a couch that did not pull out. Our last person had to sleep on the floor. There are 1.5 bathrooms but we didn't know about the half one since it was in the basement. If the owner updates the listing to be accurate I can give this place a 5 star rating.

Nice place for our guests to stay

Family came from out of town. Stayed here for a few weeks. Parking available, close to freeway. They were looking for an area a little more walkable at night, but near a park. Would recommend.
