Zeer net appartement met heerlijk terras in rustige buurt.

Wat een fijn appartement! Volgens mij net opgeknapt want het interieur zag er heel nieuw uit. Alles was lekker schoon en het bed, de bank en de badkamer zijn erg comfortabel. De keuken is goed uitgerust. Het appartement ligt op de begane grond met een parkeerplaats naast de deur. Vanuit de woonkamer loop je je eigen terras op waar je bij goed weer de hele dag van de zon kunt genieten. De eigenaar woont boven het appartement. Hij is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De buurt is heel rustig. In 10 a 15 minuten loop je het dorp Hervé in waar je heerlijk kunt eten. De omgeving is prachtig!

Mooi appartement met heerlijk terras in een rustige omgeving

Dit appartement ligt op de begane grond en heeft een eigen terras (op het zuiden) met weids uitzicht. Het ligt in een rustige buurt. De eigenaar woont boven het appartement en is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het appartement lijkt helemaal nieuw van binnen en is zeer schoon. In zo'n 15 minuten loop je naar het centrum van het dorp Hervé waar je lekker kunt eten. Wij hebben hier 9 nachten verbleven en hebben het fantastisch gehad. Het glooiende landschap in de omgeving is geweldig voor het maken van allerlei uitstapjes.

Schöne, gemütliche Wohnung

Die Wohnung war top ausgestattet. An Utensilien war alles vorhanden, was man hätte gebrauchen können. Der ganze Haushalt war sehr sauber und das parken direkt vor der Tür hat den transport von Taschen besonders leicht gemacht. Trotz der regionalen Lage sprach der Vermieter ein bisschen deutsch und englisch (hauptsächlich Französisch), doch an der Kommunikation hat es nicht gescheitert. Für den Preis eine sehr gute Wohnung. Die Kommunikation mit der Plattform (Homerez) war jedoch ein wenig problematisch, da diese leider auch nicht besonders gut Englisch sprachen ( so hat es zumindest gewirkt). Fazit: -sehr gute Wohnung in wundervoller Lage -Vermieter vor Ort sehr hilfsbereit und nett -Top ausgestattet -Französisch wäre von Vorteil da es in der Wallonischen Region liegt
