Charming holiday home located in the heart of town, close to shops, markets, restaurants, beach, train station ... Enjoy in summer its beautiful terrace overlooking a garden without vis-à-vis, and in winter cocooning atmosphere provided by its fireplace fire. Bicycles are at your disposal to fully enjoy your holidays. Many storage and equipment are at your disposal.

Very unhappy with stay and outcome

On arrival we discovered the beds were not made, there was only one toilet paper roll available for 4 adults and soaps for hand and dish washing unavailable. The house was not clean and beds semi broken. A week after leaving we were charged 600 euro for a key the owner claimed we lost..we had not seen or used the second set of keys or even asked about it before the owner apparently changed all the lockes and charged us for it

Week-end en famille entre les sables d olonne et saint jean de mont

Nous avions durant une journee une activé SPA pour les filles a saint jean de mont et jeux pour les garcons aux sables d olonne. Saint gilles etait la localisation idéale. Cette agrable maison nous a permis de nous sentir comme chez nous. Nous avons pu profitez du port et de la rue pietonne de saint gilles, et tout cela sans prendre les vehicules. Tout etait au top ! Merci aux propriétaires 😀

Bon séjour

Nous avons bien aimés notre séjour pour faire découvrir SGXV. Tout est disponible, il ne manque absolument rien, les gérants sont totalement disponibles, c’est très appréciable. Aussi, total liberté dans les heures d’arrivées et de sorties, c’est encore mieux ! Néanmoins les vélos ne sont pas disponibles l’hiver … ce qui est fort dommage car nous avions réservés cette maison pour gambader à vélos. Heureusement la gérante nous a proposé une solution alternative, mais à vu de la faible affluence a SGXV et ce, malgré les travaux qui génère un trafic très important, nous avons préférés prendre la voiture.

Beautiful house, perfect location!

We have just spent 2 weeks in this lovely house, we couldn't have asked for any more. The house was very clean and fresh, perfectly equipped for a family of 4-6, the beds were comfortable and the garden was beautiful with a bbq and plenty of sun loungers and of course the table tennis which my children loved! The road outside is a main road into town but it did not bother us while in the house, sleeping or in the garden. It was fabulous to be able to walk into town and visit the markets and amusements and so many restaurants. The nearest beach is a 10 min drive which is great for surfing but there are many others close by also. The host was always very happy to help and quick to repsond. Will definitely be returning to this beautiful house next year x

Séjour agréable. Logement conforme à la description

Mi-mai nous avons séjourné 1 semaine dans cette maison. Emplacement : ok, il est possible de joindre en 10 minutes à pied le centre de St Gilles Croix de Vie. Le boulevard est effectivement très passant, mais cela est indiqué dans l'annonce. Le jardin où on mangeait est situé de l'autre côté. Equipement : ok, nous avons fait des barbecue, les sardines grillées un régal. J'ai essayé un vélo pas top. Séjournant dehors, ils sont plutôt rouillés et le frein arrière ne fonctionnait pas. SGXV (St Gilles Croix de Vie) possède de nombreuses pistes cyclables, se balader en vélo est facile et très utilisé par tous. Points à améliorer pour atteindre l'excellence : canapé, il faudrait le nettoyer (sent un peu les pieds), évacuation douche bouchée par des cheveux, vélo au moins 2 un bon état, laver les poubelles au jet d'eau (même vides, elles sentent). Nous n'avons pas rencontré les propriétaires ni à l'arrivée ni au départ, cela manque un peu de chaleur. Points que nous avons particulièrement appréciés : salon de jardin top, déco sympa de la maison, ustensiles (couverts...) en quantité suffisante, équipement du logement, parking le long du jardin, réalisation de feuilles de suggestions (restaurants, faire les courses...). En résumé : Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Maison agréable mais environnement passable niveau sonore

La maison est bien conçue et lumineuse, le jardin est sympa il y a tout ce qu’il faut en rangement vaisselle etc...le coin machine a laver est appréciable. La proximité des commerces et de la plage de Boisvinet est appréciable. Cependant je regrette dans l’une des 2 chambres le couchage n’est pas très confortable sommier bruyant et matelas trop fin. Dans la 2 eme chambre qui donne sur la rue beaucoup de bruit car une grande circulation sur la route notamment des camions. De plus nous avions des immeubles en construction en face et du coup ces travaux occasionnaient du bruit toute la journée (marteau piqueur etc) difficile pour nous qui avions un jeune enfant a faire dormir. Nous avons eu une odeur d'égout très importante autour de la maison la majorité du temps nous empêchant du coup d’utiliser la terrasse pour manger, les voisins de la rue nous ont expliqué qu’il y avait la station d'épuration juste derrière et qu’elle était à saturation ....selon le vent les odeurs étaient présentes. Ces éléments ne nous ont pas permis d.apprécier pleinement notre séjour. A noter aussi que la terrasse est un peu dangereuse pour les enfants car non sécurisée.

Nous avons passé un très bon week end, maison bien équipée et fonctionnelle, très beau jardin, seul inconvénient: la terrasse qui n'est pas sécurisé pour de jeune enfant. Je recommande cet endroit

Nous avons passé un week-end en famille à la découverte de St Gilles Croix de Vie. La maison est tout confort, le jardin et sa belle terrasse très agréables. Le contact avec Marie un vrai plaisir. Nous conseillons vivement!

Un super séjour en famille.

Maison cosy , bien placée près des commerces (primeurs, boulangerie...) et du centre-ville. La maison est lumineuse et bien équipée. Marie est très serviable. Super séjour!

Nous avons passe un séjour très agréable. La maison est calme. La presence d'une table de ping pong, de velos, de boules de petanques est un plus. Autre plus : La proximité du centre ville. A refaire
