Calm and wooded environment on the golf of Pornic. T2 apartment of 31 m² with terrace (garden furniture) - 20 m² garden not overlooked, unobstructed view of the golf course. Very bright West exposure, in a secure residence with swimming pool. Beach and port 700 meters away, shops and restaurant nearby (on foot). Secure private parking space, bike room. For golfers, club house 150 meters away! Possibility to have breakfast at the Gulf restaurant. Equipped kitchen, washing machine. EDF charges in addition according to meter reading from 28/09.

Logement situé un peu loin des commerces. Il faudrait revoir le couchage bz dans le salon, très peu confortable et une petite touche de déco sur les murs serait très agréable. Sinon pornic est un endroit magnifique, on ne s'en lasse pas.

Not as expected
The views shown could not be taken from the property. This is a condo on a golf course. Doors are difficult to lock. The only linens were on 1 of the 2 beds and a bath mat. There was only a quarter of a role of toilet paper, no facial tissues. There were many bugs in the property. This said, most attractions were only a short drive.
