CONTEMPORARY BEACH CHIC HOME WITH OCEAN VIEWS, STEPS TO THE BEACH/HEATED POOL

THANK YOU TO ALL OUR PAST, FUTURE AND POTENTIAL GUESTS WHO HAVE REACHED OUT TO US IN THE LAST FEW WEEKS TO INQUIRE ABOUT OUR WELL BEING AND POSSIBLE DAMAGE TO SEABREEZE SANDS FROM THE TWO HURRICANES.
I AM VERY HAPPY TO BE ABLE TO TELL YOU THAT SEABREEZE HAD MINOR FLOODING DAMAGE TO THE GARAGE AND ENTRANCE HALL FROM THE FIRST HURRICANE BUT NO FURTHER DAMAGE FROM THE SECOND HURRICANE.
THE ISLAND ITSELF IS WORKING VERY HARD TO CLEAN UP AND ALREADY WITHIN LESS THAN A WEEK RESTAURANTS ARE RE-OPENING. IT REQUIRES A TREMENDOUS TEAM EFFORT AND IS A TESTAMENT TO THE ISLAND SPIRIT THAT WE ARE WORKING TOGETHER TO COME BACK STRONGER THAN EVER. WE GREATLY APPRECIATE YOUR SUPPORT AND LOOK FORWARD TO WELCOMING YOU ALL BACK.


SEABREEZE SANDS HAS ITS OWN PRIVATE POOL WHICH IS NOT SHARED WITH THE TOWN HOME NEXT DOOR WHICH ALSO HAS ITS OWN PRIVATE POOL.

Visit Anna Maria Island and you will instantly fall in love with the turquoise waters and one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Seabreeze Sands enjoys an enviable location, just a short walk to shops, restaurants the island trolley and only steps from the sugar white sand beach. This three-story home with its crisp contemporary feel has light and airy interiors and enjoys ocean views. The home sleeps 6 but is not suitable for guests under 3 years of age. We are pet friendly - one dog allowed- under 35 lbs. No cats please.

Ride the elevator to the third floor of this comfortable and inviting townhome and you will find the gorgeous living area along with the fully equipped kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, and dining area for 6. Enjoy panoramic views through the wall of windows looking out across the cloudless blue sky to the ocean. Relax, recharge and unwind with family and friends and watch the game on the wide screen Smart TV or enjoy a board game . Outside on the balcony you will find an additional dining table and 6 chairs. A separate and very spacious laundry room has a washer, dryer and wine fridge. A half bathroom is also located on the third floor.
The three bedrooms are situated on the second floor - one king, one queen and two twin/singles. Each bedroom has its own spacious bathroom which includes a walk in shower, vanity and toilet. The master bathroom also enjoys a jetted Jacuzzi tub. Every bedroom enjoys a balcony where you can relax with a book and just enjoy the tropical landscape. All the bedrooms have a Smart TV. The master bedroom and queen bedroom have a view of the ocean.
On the first floor you will find a totally enclosed garden featuring a private sparkling backyard pool, heated at no extra cost during the winter months, where the kids can splash the afternoon away. There is an outdoor shower, Weber gas grill, charcoal grill, wine cooler and dining table and chairs for 6.
There is a garage with parking for 2 cars and another 2 parking spaces in the driveway.
The home is supplied with quality linens and towels, including beach towels.

Everyone will love their stay in this wonderful home on AMI but consider yourself warned - you may never want to leave.

Dogs 35 lbs and under are welcome.

As a courtesy to our guests we heat the pool from December to April. There will be days when the weather conditions will not allow pool heaters to accommodate swimming and temperature recovery times will vary.
While the pool is heated during the winter months, we do occasionally get cold spells that can send the temperatures down into 60's and 50's. This will cause the pool water temperature to drop and the pool pump will no longer be able to heat the pool, and it automatically shut down temporarily as a safety feature.
