Beautiful spacious apartment in a small village, peaceful and quiet, with walks to stunning coastal views and short distance to pretty beachside town of Sao Martinho. Apartment at ground level, totally independent, set in an acre of grounds in the exclusive village of Serra dos Mangues. The apartment is set in its own garden with private and secluded parking and rural views. As well as the tranquility, peace and quiet of rural countryside, the apartment is only 3 km from the pretty beach town of Sao Martinho do Porto. The apartment features a beautiful timbered roof and modern kitchen with dishwasher, electric hob and oven, fridge freezer. The open plan living room has a dining table, chairs, sofa, armchairs, double bed +sofa bed, office area. If heating is required its heated by a pellet-burning wood stove: very easy-to-run and efficient (maximum €2 to run all day). The shower wet room is attractive with Moroccan glass wall divider. Wifi at no extra cost. Owners cottage is 50 metres away. Private off road parking, rural charm and yet modern conveniences. Will accept well behaved clean pets by arrangement.
Autumn/winter/spring monthly lets available for reduced rental.
You can stay over-winter for a very affordable price - we prefer to have the apartment occupied than empty. Rates depend on length of stay - contact us with your required dates.

Kit and Samantha Jennings left the UK in 2013 to pursue their dream of running arts holidays in Portugal. Samantha a professional choreographer and Kit a visual artist offer art classes locally as well as hosting and teaching creative holidays. in the Summer months as well as renting out their cottage or the studio apartment.
Why they chose this property
Portugal with its great light, beaches, tradition and charm enticed us to buy a second property here almost 12 years ago. Whether it's the Portuguese unhurried charm, the fantastic hospitality, great food or temperate climate we love it here and have made our home in Portugal. The studio apartment and the cottage, set in tranquil and pretty gardens sits in an acre of countryside and exudes Portuguese rustic charm. Noisy neighbours and street noise doesn't exist here. Enjoy our small retreats place.
