Quiet, with a beautiful view of the slopes and the ARAVIS mountain range. South-facing exposure.

BATHROOM: 1.93 m2, bathtub and sink, independent toilet, towel warmer,
DINING ROOM (parquet floor) 12.82 m2, dining area, flat screen TV, 1 rapido convertible sofa bed (160), a bench, wardrobe closet, bay window overlooking a south-facing balcony 5.21 m2, garden furniture
