Kitchen needs MAJOR updates. Microwave only but all the dishes are plastic aka not microwave friendly… also very stingy on paper towels, toilet paper…. Location and view were nice but that was about it

Perfect Honeymoon Location

We went to Hilton Head for our honeymoon straight after getting married and this beach condo was perfect for two. The views from the balcony never got old and it was stocked with toiletries which I hardly ever see anymore! The location is perfect for beach lounging and walking to the shops/restaurants. We also rented bikes which were a highlight of the trip! We loved our stay here and had an amazing time - thank you!!

Beautiful view

We picked this property for the view and location. We had a car but parked it the entire time we were there. The room is small but fine for 2 adults. it was very clean and well equipped for our needs. The only negative was the bedroom carpet. It needs to be changed or replaced with another type of flooring.

Mattress was uncomfortable ,needs replaced; carpet in bedroom was very dirty and needs replaced;sliding door to patio difficult to open/close. Hot water ran out quickly in shower.

Not pleased with this property

Upon arriving to the condo for the first time, we were greeted with gritty, sandy floors. There was hair in the shower, as well as sand and hair swept into the corner of the hallway closet. The air conditioning unit was extremely loud, as well as a ceiling fan that made clicking sounds in the bedroom. Breakers is an older condominium and it definitely showed. We could hear every footstep and move made upstairs above us and outside of our unit, as well as vacuuming above us. The sliding door to the balcony was exceptionally hard to open. This condo is right beside Coligny Beach Park- public beach entrance. The area was always extremely crowded and playing loud music. We were not a fan of this at all. We could hear live music from our room when trying to sleep at night. When we arrived, the kitchen sink was clogged up with black particles. However, maintenance was quick to resolve this issue for us. Unfortunately, we will not be staying at Breakers again.

Perfect Getaway

This unit was clean and updated with everything you need for a perfect getaway for 2. The king size bed was very comfortable but the bedroom is small. There isn’t an oven but the stovetop was all we needed to prepare breakfast. The location was awesome! Waking up every morning and seeing the ocean from our balcony was exactly what we were looking for. We loved that we could walk to shops, restaurants and even grocery! Check in and check out process was very easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful experience. Beautiful condo.

We loved this condo. The remodeling was beautifully done and we felt made our stay very enjoyable.The condo was pristine. The washer,dryer in the condo and very comfy King bed and central air were big upgrades from previous accommodations. We enjoyed a gorgeous ocean view. We are hopeful that by our next stay the elevator will be ready for use. The condo is in a short distance from the stores and restaurants. We definitely plan on renting this unit again.

Great Location!

Everything you need to within walking distance. The only drawbacks were the smart tv, which was fixed our second day, and the sofa pull out mattress was a little thin. But overall a great stay!

Love, love, loved this place! Such great communication with owner, sooooo clean, neighbors are very friendly. Easy access to a beautiful beach with a beautiful view. Gorgeous pool and pool area. Comfy bed. Not having an oven was OK except that fact that we forgot it was Super Bowl and couldn't make nachos! LOL! But there are so many native restuarants within walking distance we had a wonderful meal and great company! We will definitely be back!

Upgraded unit and location were key

Breakers is an older property in the Coligny Beach area (personally I would recommend Sea Crest Villas next door to Breakers). This was a nice upgraded unit which was one of the few units that had a king size bed. Overall the unit was really nice. Positives were nice floors, new living room furniture, all in good shape, washer/dryer was clutch, and nice ocean view from the deck. Kitchen was adequate though we could have preferred an oven over the dishwasher, but least it had stovetop and microwave, toaster and Keurig. Vacation Company provided a decent starter kit with laundry detergent and dishwasher pods, along with extra garbage bags. Easy walk onto the beach and appreciated the beach gear credit that comes with unit to get beach chairs, umbrella, bikes, etc, which were delivered to the unit. Couple of suggestions for the owner would be to purchase a new mattress (quite uncomfortable and too soft for my back), also track lights over the bed are falling out of the ceiling so they need to be fixed. The ceiling fan in bedroom only has a low setting, should be replaced to have high, medium and low settings. Please include additional roles of paper towels and toilet paper (we had to purchase more midweek). Vacation Company and the VayK Gear were quick to respond to questions or concerns so that was appreciated. While Breakers is a decent place to stay, it is showing it's age around the property and with the wood staircases and hallways outside you do hear people walking around with the reverberation. Just something to consider if you prefer quiet while sleeping. Breakers is great for the money but if you want to spend a little more for a nicer property, there are other options in the same general area of Hilton Head.

The location is perfect! The downside is the loudness of those above you and the amount of smoking allowed on the property. I would definitely stay again though!

Bike rental was confusing

Made arrangements for 2 bikes to be at the apt when we arrived but didn’t happen. We rented bikes at our own expense. Not the end of the world but disappointed a little. Nice week of relaxing and nice apartment. Thanks

Great place for a quiet getaway.

My wife and I stayed in the condo in late March. We had a wonderful experience. From the condo to the beach, everything was clean and inviting. It’s close proximity to stores and restaurants is a real plus.
