Apartment on the first floor of a small residence of 13 apartments. Built in 1985. Located at a place called LES RIONDES, 750 m from the center of La Clusaz. At the foot of the Beauregard blue run, 50 meters away (connection with the whole area) and hiking departures (slope at 17%). Beautiful view of the ARAVIS chain and the village. Calme. Bus route nearby.

Très belle vue sur le village
Appartement très bien équipé avec garage. Un peu loin du centre à pieds mais accès aux pistes à une centaine de mètres avec arrivée aux caisses des remontées mécaniques. Passage d'une navette gratuite.

Great location & nice view
Right next to ski slopes , nearby bus station, 10 mins walk to the town. Perfect for 2 young kids and 2 adults. Nice kitchen appliances. Wifi box connection is not as good as we expected. Not possible to working from home. Will be perfect if there’s a laundry machine for long stay.
