Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Beautiful outside, getto inside.
I didn’t get instructions to get the key until we got to the property.
There was bugs-coacroachs inside the fridge and the landlord-manager person I charge was rude when we approached the subject. (Implied we brought them in our luggage).
The pool is nice right at the beach, didn’t get in there cus I couldn’t stayed there after seen the bugs we went somewhere else.
The beds seems old and the sheets. The sofa in the pic is not there there’s a small table instead. We asked for at least part of the refund been that we couldn’t use that room or to give us a diferent room. And we were curse at. Very disappointed w vrbo, due to if the place does not meet your expectations they should be able to give you some kind of trade. Or charge u for the first night due to they saved it for u but then open for others to rent and refund u for the rest of the time.
Property looks beautiful and decent in the outside but it is not a house is small studios/aptms getto inside.
I will not stay there even if it was for free.
