About this property

This home had a complete renovation in 2020 and is a perfect location to several beautiful Dennis beaches! We just completed a new renovation for summer 2021 which added a 3rd bedroom that will sleep 4. Also in the new renovation is an extension of the kitchen for the dining table and sliders out to a new large back deck with plenty of seating and new outdoor shower. Please note the structure of the deck is open stairs so please make sure its appropriate for your family.

This home is well equipped with all new furnishings, all the conveniences of home, central AC throughout, and everything your family needs for a fabulous beach vacation! Our brand new kitchen has all new cabinets, granite, backsplash and lighting along with all new kitchenware, dishes and pans, and 2 fully stocked bathroom linen closets, beach towels, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, and outdoor shower. Adult space upstairs with a large screen TV and great family space downstairs with pool table, (pool table is on sliders so you can easily move it to the center of the room) and big screen TV. Walk up and out of the basement with full door that lets in the sunshine to a spacious backyard. We have a beautiful outdoor patio with a dining table for eight, lounge chairs and extra seating to enjoy our spacious backyard.

This home is located 1.5 miles from Bayview Beach (resident beach where you can do drop offs or park a bike) , 1.6 miles to Mayflower Beach (public beach), and 1.8 miles to Corporation Beach (public beach). The bayside beaches are a great spot for families, crystal clear water with soft sand and during low tide the beach has a great surface and space for family whiffle ball games, volleyball, and corn-hole.

We are less than a mile from the center of Dennis where you can find a wonderful park for children as well as many close by restaurants and shopping, and 1 mile from the Cape Playhouse. Dennis is a perfect location on the Cape for you and your family to enjoy all the Cape has to offer!

Family Vacation

This is our second time staying at this lovely home and again it was clean, organized, beautifully decorated and well maintained. Communication with the owners was great both via text and with their Welcome Packet of information. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and very close to several great beaches and some of our favorite places to eat! We are already looking forward to booking agin for next summer!

Great vacation spot!!

This is my 3rd time staying at this house and again we loved it and will for sure rent again in the future. Great spot!

This was our first stay in Dennis. We usually stay in Chatham but wanted to be closer to our favorite beaches. This house was gem!! So close to Mayflower and walking distance to some great shops. We hop to return again next year!

Cape getaway!

Our family of 4 (2 kids - 5 and 8 years old) loved Paula’s Cape getaway! The home was extremely clean, well maintained and the beautifully decorated! There were an outdoor shower, games, a pool table and a large yard for the kids to play in, but the proximity to Mayflower beach was the biggest seller! Paula was quick to respond to any questions. The outdoor space was wonderful to enjoy at night.

OUTSTANDING

This property is superb. The location is close to route 6A in Dennis, yet the street is quiet. The very clean house was furnished with new comfortable sofas and chairs. Visitors can barbecue and enjoy their meal on the patio. The kitchen is modern as are the bathrooms. The beach is a short walk from the house. Every convenience you might want is provided. We hope to return next summer.

We had a great stay with Paula. We were able to check in as soon as the property was available which was very helpful. The house is in perfect biking distance to the beach and comes fully stocked with all your necessities and even fun games to play during your stay. The house was very clean.

Wonderful vacation place

A Great Family Vacation

We absolutely adored this house. It was extremely clean, organized, and decorated very nicely. The house had everything that we needed as a young family. The location of this house was perfect for our family's needs as well. It was convenient to beaches, restaurants, and The Village Coffee Shop. The house is also on a quiet road. Communication with the owners of the house was excellent as well. We were extremely happy with our stay and we can't wait to go back next summer!

Cape in July

The home is very clean and beautifully decorated with lots of Cape Cod, beach touches. I appreciated the unexpected amenities, like full length mirrors, hairdryers, and face wipes. The back yard is huge with a thickly carpeted lawn perfect for lawn games like Bocce, (which is also provided). For 15 years, until it was sold, we rented a property about a mile and a half from Mayflower Beach.

A five star gem!

A wonderful and fully renovated Cape house on a quiet street and close to all the best Dennis beaches. Paula has the house in top shape with plenty of thoughtful details, including sandwich and snack baggies, which was incredibly helpful as we packed for the beach each morning. The kids loved playing cornhole in the big backyard and the beds were very comfortable. We are definitely coming back.

Awesome Updated House in a Great Location

My family and I spent a week and really enjoyed our stay. The house has just about everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable - A/C, streaming / television and a good assortment of kitchen supplies to do your own cooking. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a Cape vacation.

Great summer vacation!

We loved this house! It was a short drive to Mayflower beach and a short walk to a playground and shops. Beds were comfortable, kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to cook meals, and spacious.

We loved the house and everything was as described and looked exactly like the pictures. Very clean and very comfortable. Loved the large and private backyard too. The only observation was that there were not hocks for bath towels, but we made due. :)

Best rental in 7 years!

The pictures accurately portray this home. The home is recently renovated, bright, and very beachy. The decoration is tasteful and functional. My kids enjoyed sharing a room even though they didn't need to with the 3rd bedroom. The basement was a great extra space for the kids to play with an extra bathroom and clean, accessible laundry space with 2 baskets for easy transfer of clothes. The basement space was bright and dry, not at all musty like many other homes we have stayed at in the past. The house was ready and available well before the expected check-in time and Paula was very responsive! Outdoor shower was a necessity for our family and used daily after the beach. We would absolutely recommend this property and would rent again in a heartbeat!

Great house for family beach vacation

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. The house was clean upon arrival and the house looked exactly like the pictures. The house was large enough for my family of four and my mother. The rental was equipped with everything we needed and some extras like bikes to ride. The beds were comfortable and we loved the outdoor shower and big yard. The location was great as we were near our favorite beach., Mayflower. The owners were great and very responsive. We definitely want to stay again!

Wonderful experience!

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Paula’s home! It is beautifully decorated and is very clean. The backyard is beautiful and provided hours of entertainment for my family. The house is very well located - just a very short drive to multiple beaches, restaurants, ice cream, shops, etc. It’s also very easy to access neighboring areas and towns from this location. Paula was also very responsive and available as we needed her. Overall a wonderful stay for my family and I!

This home is great, beautifully decorated with attention to detail. We loved the huge deck and beautiful yard. Minutes away from Mayflower Beach, we went to sunsets there every night. We would absolutely stay again and can highly recommend!

Beautiful home. Great location

We had a wonderful stay. House is beautiful inside and out. Big yard. Nice outdoor space with a huge outdoor shower. Inside is updated and so many little things are provided that just make your stay easy and convenient. Short bike ride to ice cream and a candy store as well as a market for groceries. Quick drive or bike to the beach. Excellent neighborhood. Paula was responsive on day 1 but never needed anything else. It was a perfect stay. Definitely will be back.

This property is amazing. The location is perfect- you can get to town, attractions and beaches within minutes. The home was extremely clean and decorated beautifully. The host Paula and her husband were wonderful to communicate with and made sure our stay was perfect. I highly recommend this home if you are traveling to Cape Cod.

Best location!

I love this area and this property. The back deck was so nice on the warm nights and everything was so tastefully decorated inside. Two families stayed here with no problem. Lovely place!
