About this property

Amazing Panoramic Main Channel View; Walk-In Level from Parking Lot; The Ledges

Enjoy our walk-in/parking lot level condo with a spectacular, panoramic view of the main channel. The condo has 3 bedrooms (each with a queen bed), 2 full bathrooms, and sleeps 6 comfortably. There is a waterfront view from the spacious deck and master bedroom. The deck has fans and is shaded during the day providing a very comfortable area to sit, relax, and enjoy the view. There is a full size washer and dryer, with detergent if needed. Full WiFi access is available and can also be utilized with the new Smart TV in the living room and Master bedroom. Fully stocked kitchen with dishes, glassware, pots, pans, silverware, cutting board, etc. Covered deck contains 2 patio tables, ceiling fans, and large propane grill. The condo is NON-SMOKING.

Check-In 4:00 PM, Check-Out 10:30 AM unless otherwise arranged.

We have a 10x30 ft boat slip that is available to rent upon request for $25 per night.

The complex offers a sandy beach area to swim, 2 pools, fishing off the docks, and a playground for the kids. We have also supplied several water toys and flotation devices for your family to use.

The condo has a Guest Binder that provides information about things to do in the area as well as information about the condo and for emergencies.

The Ledges is located at the 21 mile marker and right in the heart of Osage Beach. The complex is easy to drive to and is paved the entire way. The Outlet Mall, Big Surf Waterpark, miniature golf, go-cart tracks, restaurants are minutes from the condo. There are also several state parks close by with beautiful views, trails, and other attractions. Boat and PWC rentals nearby at Aqua Toys and boat launches also close at the State Park or Surdyke.

Our goal is for renters to enjoy the Lake of the Ozarks as much as we have for over 35 years. Our family has rented places on the lake for decades so we strive to offer you a place you feel you could enjoy for years.

5 Star Stay in Baker

Great location, nice area in town. I’m not sure the photos on VRBO do the home justice. This was a work trip and my team was very comfortable. The house was clean, comfortable, spacious and had great amenities!The hosts were wonderful! They were easy to communicate with, went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable and although attentive they left our team alone to enjoy their trip.I plan to book here every time I’m in Baker! Maybe next time for a little snow fun!

Very nice condo. Easy to get to. Love that there are no steps. Just a couple of things that would make it better. Should have lamps in the bedrooms. Only light was ceiling’s fan. A television in each bedroom would be nice. And more info on the tv’s would nice like what channels are available or what streaming/cable they use.

Stayed for the weekend. This unit is very nice and comfortable. Everything seemed to work as intended. The only issue was that a propane grill was advertised, but an electric grill is what is on the deck. Not a fan of electric grills, but this did work, just took a little longer to grill than with a traditional gas grill. Definitely would look into returning another time, as we all had a great visit.

Very nice property; great lake view. Host, however, was rude in my e-mail communications with him. One bedroom had cracker crumbs & a hair on the sheets. Obviously, housekeeping did not change after previous guest. When I informed owner, all he said was he would refund my cleaning fee - no apology. I thought that was rude. This was in addition to pre-stay e-mail chats, that I won't get into here. That ship has sailed.......

Great Stay

The condo was amazing! It was clean and beautiful! The location was easy to get to from the main highway without a lot of roller-coaster road. It was close to food and local shopping. We were sad that we were unable to access the pool. Due to construction (not weather, it was in the 90s) the pool for our venue was closed. Where the beach, pool, and docks for our specific Condo was not very clear. I think that's really the only complaint we had... Other than the coffee pot was SUPER SLOW! It probably needs replaced or a How To Operate guide posted! LOL... Thank you to Brian and his family for opening up their Condo for our 1st Annual Girls Only Trip!! It was truly a wonderful place to stay!! Super comfortable and clean!!

We had a wonderful time staying here. It is a very nice condo with cute decorations. It has the best view of the lake! It was very well kept and had an easy check in process. The host was very polite and responsive. He answered all my questions very quickly. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Great Place to stay with great view

Had not been cleaned yet when we arrived but the manager took care of it right away and was very apologetic. We enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable for our family. Great view off the deck and perfect spot for morning coffee. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect place and view

This place perfect for our family of 6 adults. Plenty of room to spread out. The balcony was a perfect place to watch people on the lake or just sit and take in the view. Kitchen supplies were perfect to use. Very clean and new looking. Lots of extra pillows, Blankets etc. Took our boat and used the covered boat slip which was a short walk to get to. Everyone hated to leave. Brian responded very quickly to any questions. Would definitely recommend this place.

We have stayed at many of the condos at the Ledges and this was by far our favorite. It was very clean, had everything you would need for a comfortable stay and the owner was excellent with communication.

Beautiful Lakeside Condo

Our stay over Memorial Day was very beautiful and relaxing. The property is conveniently located on the lake, with boat and jet ski rentals nearby and several options for dining and shopping close by. Check in and out were very straightforward and Brian was very helpful with any questions we had. Would definitely recommend for group of friends or family.

I really hate to leave a good review because then everyone will want to stay here and the next time I try to book it, there won't be any availability. Honestly though, this place is fabulous and it looks like it has recently been remodeled with newer carpeting in the master bedroom, beautiful countertops, comfortable furniture, etc. The deck is very large and accommodating with a spectacular view of the lake. Definitely a must stay.

Beautiful view

Very nice property. Parking lot level and a corner condo so not a lot of other traffic. Beautiful view on the main channel. The condo appears to be all newly remolded. The carpeting was very thick and looked like brand new. All the utensils you need and plenty extras in the kitchen cabinets. A fantastic huge deck with a walk out from the living room and from the master bedroom.
