Due to HOA restrictions in this community, we have to have a 7 night minimum year round. We do restrict to Saturday to Saturday during some of March and April and all of summer. We would love to host you for your next 30A beach vacation and appreciate your understanding!

Accommodating up to 10 guests, this retreat offers a master bedroom exuding elegance and comfort with a King bed and a private bathroom featuring double-sink vanities and a shower. Additional sleeping arrangements include a Queen bedroom, a bunk room ideal for the little ones, and ample sleeper sofas throughout.

Your coastal adventure extends beyond the property. Hang out at the community pool or head over to the beach for a relaxing day in the sun. Hit the Timpoochee Trail to discover the nearby communities of Seacrest and Inlet, Rosemary, and Alys Beaches. Don't miss the chance to explore Lake Powell, the largest coastal dune lake in the area. Lake Powell dock access is an easy walk, providing opportunities for kayaking, paddle-boarding, and both fresh & saltwater fishing! For avid hikers, Camp Helen State Park offers excellent trails and beach access along Lake Powell. Inlet Beach is known for its picturesque beauty and vibrant community feel. Enjoy easy access to local shops, restaurants, and entertainment options.
