Beautiful location, beautiful new home. Located on Scraggy Neck Island, Cataumet MA, near Falmouth and Woods Hole. Scraggy Neck is an exclusive gated community, 2 miles of private tree-lined roads for walking, biking etc. Private Beach located within walking distance. Relaxing home includes large farmers porch in front, large patio in back with outdoor shower, large gas grill and stereo sound. There is volleyball court on side complete with beach sand. Downstairs level includes beautiful front to back kitchen/ family room. Kitchen includes gas stove, dishwasher, granite counters. Family room with large screen TV and plenty of seating. Dining room easily accommodates 8-10. Also a library for reading, library has a pull-out coach for extra guests. Washer, dryer on downstairs level as well as half bath. Upstairs includes large master bedroom/bath with walk in closet. 2 bedrooms each with two single beds. Also loft with large pull-out coach. Full bath upstairs as well.

Two private association beaches, 6 tennis courts, boat ramp, two children's playgrounds. Located two miles from Shining Sea Bikepath which starts in Cataumet and ends in Woods Hole, 11 miles total. Close to many restaurants and Woods Hole ferry to Marthas Vineyard.

Wonderful Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Scraggy Neck. Short walk to the beach; peaceful morning and evening walks around the island; and a comfortable, well-equipped home to come back to. Thanks to Creig for his hospitality at this wonderful home and location!
