What to Consider:

1. Location – 25 Minutes from Town

While our property offers the peace and privacy of uncrowded beaches and a quieter atmosphere, it’s about a 25-minute drive to the Sea wall and about 35 minutes from The Strand. This gives you a sense of seclusion, low crime, and space to unwind, but if you're someone who enjoys constant access to shopping, dining, or activities in town, it might feel a bit far for frequent everyday trips.
