Très jolie maison de ville

Quelques aménagements restent à faire pour rendre la maison confortable : plus de rangements dans les petites chambres, rideaux ou stores dans la grande chambre

Avis 11 rue fourmillière Antibes

Dommage que le bel emplacement de l’appartement ainsi que sa superficie soient gâchés par les nuisances particulières le soir liées à la voie piétonne mais surtout en journée à des travaux ponctuels pendant notre séjour du Commercant juste en face de la porte d’entrée qui donne vue directement sur le salon. Le point noir reste le manque de réactivité de l’agence malgré plusieurs appels sans réponses ni interlocuteurs en dehors d’un répondeur ( alors qu’annoncé faite d’une disponibilité large) sur un robinet trouvé cassé à l’entrée, d’une absence de climatisation ( très chaud dans l’appartement) = livraison au bout de 3 jours d’une climatisation mobile et d’un ventilateurs. Le téléviseur signalé était non opérationnel durant tout le séjour avec un soi disant technicien qui est passé au bout de 3 jours mais qui n’a pas réglé le problème et nous a précisé qu’il repassait mais jamais vu. Relance auprès de fany, du technicien lui même ( car j’avais le numéro) ainsi que de l’agence. Pas de son ni d’image à regret car des enfants en bas âge qui voulait regarder un peu la télé. Dommage
