Welcome to a Breton mansion dating from the 17th century whose interior has been completely redone in 2017 to accommodate the whole family. You will be 5 minutes walk from all amenities. Public transport is nearby and your vehicles can be parked in the garden. Enjoy your stay at the manor house of Ville-Fréhour.

5 minutes walk from the fishing port, the beach, small shops and the hypermarket and a stop of the Tibus line 1 between Paimpol and Saint-Brieuc with the train station

Séjour à Saint Quay

La maison,qui est une partie d'un ancien manoir, est vraiment typique et restaurée avec goût. Située dans une petite ruelle (cela necessite quelques manoeuvres pour se garer dans l'enceinte de la maison) elle est très calme. L'ambiance intérieure est très cosy et de bon goût. Les chambres, SDB sont spacieuses et il y a des placards dans toutes les sous-pentes. (il manque peut-être juste une partie penderie). Le jardin est agréable même si nous en avons peu profité du fait d'une météo tres mitigée pour la saison. La maison est bien située puisqu'on peut notamment se rendre à pieds au bord de la mer en 20 minutes et y trouver des bars et restaurants. St Quay Portrieux est par ailleurs une petite ville vraiment très agréable, et bien située pour visiter et randonner en Côtes d'Armor. Enfin, la communication avec Émilie, qui gère la location, a été très agréable et efficace.

Un très beau séjour

La maison est idéalement située pour faire les choses à pied: marchés, plages, commerces, ballades. Très belle région et maison très bien refaite. Le séjour était très réussi. Le salon-séjour est peut-être un peu sombre mais on a profité du très beau jardin. Très jolies salles de bain et chambre à coucher.

Fantastisch en compleet huis in leuke omgeving.

Over het huis niets dan goeds. Communicatie over sleutel slecht. De code van de box klopte niet meer toen wij de sleutel terug wilde brengen. Noodgedwongen toen maar de sleutel bij de buren in de brievenbus gedaan.

Séjour agréable

Maison confortable, assez bien située, avec jardin, terrasse et BBQ. Tout pour une semaine de repos. Remarques : Il manque un fer à repasser. La télécommande du décodeur TV ne fonctionnait pas (défaut d’appairage), et la pendule était arrêtée (pile défectueuse).

Schöne ruhige Wohnung in Strandnähe

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in der Wohnung, die ganz unseren Erwartungen entsprach. Die Ausstattung war gut, die Zimmer sehr schön. Es war angenehm ruhig und doch war man sehr schnell am Strand und im Ort. Leider war das Parken im Hof mit einem Opel Zafira etwas kompliziert, so dass wir doch jeden Tag einen Parkplatz an der Straße gesucht haben. Nicht so schön war der Blick auf die Müllsäcke im hinteren Teil des Gartens und dass wir den Abfall bis zum Hafen bringen mussten. Wir haben die Tage dort sehr genossen.

Perfekte zwei Wochen Urlaub

Wir hatten zwei schöne Wochen Urlaub in der Bretagne, besonders in dem alten Herrenhaus. Die Schlüsselabholung hat einwandfrei funktioniert und auch das "Problem" mit dem Babybett wurde direkt gelöst. Das Haus liegt fußläufig ca. 10 Minuten vom Strand, dem Hafen, einem Wochenmarkt und einigen Bars/ Restaurants entfernt. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell am größeren Einkaufszentrum. Das Haus ist schön modernisiert und liebevoll eingerichtet, der Garten bietet reichlich Platz und in der Sitzecke befindet sich ein Grill, der von uns täglich genutzt wurde. Lediglich die Spinnen (Weberknechte) im Haus, empfanden wir als störend. Die wurden täglich nach draußen gebracht.

Petite maison très agréable et calme

La maison fait partie d'une grande bâtisse mais reste complètement isolée de celle-ci. A 5 minutes à pied du port ou du centre ville, l'emplacement est idéal pour ceux qui veulent de la tranquillité. Tout le confort est là. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en randonnant sur le GR34 et en visitant la région de St Brieuc.

Ruhig wohnen in der Stadt

Das Haus ist ein schön renoviertes, altes Herrenhaus mit großem Garten. Das Auto kann auf dem abgeschlossenen Grundstück geparkt werden. Der Wohnbereich mit Küche liegt im Souterrain, die beiden Schlafzimmer und ein großes Bad im Obergeschoss. In einem Schlafzimmer kann das Fenster nicht geöffnet werden, da eine Verriegelung angebracht ist. Insgesamt sehr wertige Ausstattung. In der Küche ist soweit alles vorhanden, eine bessere Pfanne wäre wünschenswert. Ein größerer Kühlschrank wäre hier aber angebracht. Die Gartenmöbel aus Kunststoff passen wirklich nicht zu diesem, ansonsten sehr schönen Objekt. Es ist eine sehr ruhige Gegend, man kann vorm Haus sitzen und die Zeit genießen.

Excellente adresse

Maison très accueillante, très propre et très fonctionnelle. Calme, accès centre et port à pied appréciable. Séjour très reposant, dans un cadre intérieur raffiné.
