THINGS TO KNOW
The city of La Quinta has a vacation rental ordinance requiring a minimum of one occupant to be at least 30 years old. This person will be responsible for ensuring all applicable laws and rules are followed by the group of renters.

My friend and I rented this beautiful condo for Coachella W2 and were very happy with our choice. Great condo with plenty of space, comfortable beds, and a short Uber to the polo grounds ($15 day, $30 night). There are 2 community pools within walking distance, we were all alone at both pools during the day. Need to enter thru main gate which was not clear at check in, once I located the gate I dropped a pin and used that address for future trips. Condo was well stocked with towels, kitchen supplies, etc. I would stay here again!

Fun for all

Excellent location for golf and shopping. The property was well maintained with a beautiful view of the mountains, on a magnificent golf course, and with an almost completely private pool and hot tub nearby. Kitchen was well stocked, beds and bathrooms were great and security in the complex was excellent.

Nice desert gem

Great property! My only issues were with check in. We didn't received our access code or info until after the heck in time. It was difficult to get help from Vacasa. Once we got inside, it was very hot, the AC was set at 88, there was no hot water, and the wifi did not work. The good news though is that by Day 2, the nice representative from Vacasa helped us out and maintenance took care of the rest.

Great place. Very clean,comfortable, and well stocked/equipped. It is stylish, has great views, is secure and in an upscale area, and was spacious. They need to replace the bathroom sinks as they are chipped and rusty- other than that- awesome.

Nice condo

We stayed for a month. Overall the experience was great. The location is convenient to many amenities. Our only disappointment was the pool across the street was not heated. With the cool nights. It was never usable.

Great Apartment

A really nice place to stay, it felt like home from home as the kitchen was well stocked with items and utensils etc. The balcony has a great view and a nice grill to use. The area is very safe and quiet.

Loved the cleanliness and place was very comfy and loved the pool being across the street just wasn't happy being told to keep it set at 72 and to not go any colder and the internet was so so at best.
