High-end apartment located on CASP Street, 41, in Barcelona. The apartment is well-connected, close to buses and metro stations at Plaza Urquinaona, Paseo de Gracia, and Plaza Catalunya (just a 5-minute walk away), connecting to various points in the city.

This elegant apartment with marble floors and high ceilings features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, accommodating a total of 6 people. It includes a lovely living room with a flat-screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, washer-dryer, and iron for clothes. The apartment offers air conditioning, heating, free Wi-Fi, and a safe box. Access to upper floors is available via an elevator.

We provide all our guests with towels, bed linens, personal toiletries, cleaning products, and a hairdryer.

The apartment has minibar products available for an additional fee based on consumption.

Furthermore, the property offers parking for vehicles (subject to availability) for an additional charge.





Apartment Rules:



Tourist tax not included in the price. €6.88 per adult per night. This tax must be paid before your arrival if you plan to arrive outside of regular hours.


Please note that the Barcelona City Council will increase the city tax from €6.88 per person per night to €9.35 per person per night starting May 1st, 2025.

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. A penalty of €100 will be charged for smoking in the apartment.

No parties or loud music after 9:00 PM. A minimum fine of €150 will be imposed if it becomes necessary to call the police or a security guard to the apartment due to complaints about late-night noise.

Vacate the apartment by the agreed time (11:30) on the day of departure and leave the keys inside the apartment on the dining table.

Return ALL sets of keys at the end of the rental period, and be subject to a minimum €50 charge if not.

On arrival, a deposit of €200 is requested.
