Ocean front, modern condo with only the infinity pool between you and the sand. Welcome to our perfect retreat on the beach with breath taking views of the water, mountains and the occasional humpback whale. Enjoy the quaint town of La Cruz within walking distance of our condo. There you will find music, restaurants and the infamous Sunday artisan market or simply relax on our balcony and watch the boats come and go from the marina.

Location is great

The location of this property is great it is right on the beach and has a nice pool. There is significant construction noise during the day but this is only temporary. We had a great time.

Not as expected

The location is perfect! The kitchen did not have a microwave and a decent coffee pot and the kitchen was not very clean. The guest bathroom toilet needs a new seat and did not flush well. Most days we ended up taking cold showers because there wasn’t enough hot water. Washed our clothes only to find out the dryer did not work. We love La Cruz and will be back but will definitely find a different place to stay.

Wait another year before booking

Massive construction on side of building. Construction debry, nails, rebar, cement litter the walkway to the pool... noise from 830 to dusk. Condo itself needs... proper fitting toliet seat in guest bath. Proper propane tank and utensils for cooking. Kitchen needs: mixing bowls, microwave. Drapes on living room window, local phone, dryer didnt work. Iron and board would be useful. A safe that someobe actually knew how to open. Great location and views, the rest needs work.

Christmas on the Beach

4 of us, all seniors, enjoyed this beach condo for Christmas. The building has 4 stories/4 units right on the beach with perfect views and privacy. The beds were comfortable, the living space was perfect for 4 people. Magnificent views...steps to the beach but still privacy while sitting around the pool. It was an easy walk to the Marina for the Sunday market and in to town for restaurants. We appreciated being picked up at the airport & the stop at the very modern grocery store on our way to the condo. Oliver was very available and helped arrange a wonderful morning boat ride to see the whales. Chris, the owner, was prompt about answering my many questions and responding to our needs.

Great Location

This condo has great proximity to all that La Cruz has to offer. The unit has a spectacular view of the marina and Banderas Bay.

Paradise Found

My wife and I needed a last minute booking and came across this little gem in La Cruz. Chris the owner was easy to work with and very accommodating when arranging the last minute reservation. The condo could easily accommodate two couples or a small family. It was just the two of us and we welcomed the spaciousness of the unit. The real star of the show was the location. The condo is located right on the beach at the entrance to the marina, with southern exposure. We loved getting sun all day on the large balcony, and if that got to warm, we stepped down to the condo pool, which was immaculate. It truly is a gem of a property. Thanks Chris, we will be back. Highly recommended.
