The Space:
This home features a fully stocked kitchen with counter seating, a dining room, a cozy living room, a full bathroom, two bedrooms, and laundry facilities on the main floor. Upstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms, a second full bathroom, and a workspace. The sleeping arrangements include a queen bed with a crib in the master bedroom, queen beds in bedrooms 2, 3, and 4, and additional sleeping options such as a fold out mattress and couch in the living room. We also provide a pack n play, crib, and high chair for your convenience. Window air conditioning units are available in 1 lower bedroom, and the two bedrooms upstairs. NO central air.

Guest Access:
To complete your booking process and get your Guest Access information you will be connected with Enso Connect Guest Experience app. Once you have completed your verification process you will receive your Enso "Boarding Pass" with your Guest Access information.
The Enso Connect guest verification process will require:
* Signing of rental agreement
* ID and selfie uploads
Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the home. The property is self-check-in, so please carefully read the check-in instructions prior to arrival. Property amenities include 1-stall garage, in-unit laundry, fenced yard with Adirondack chairs, and grill with utensils. You have around-the-clock access to your space through our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. To ensure your safety, all of our properties are equipped with Ring video doorbell cameras at each entrance.

Downtown Grand Rapids offers a range of transportation options for easy exploration and commuting. Cars are the most common choice, with accessible highways and rental services available. The Rapid bus system and the free DASH Bus cover major destinations, providing affordable public transit. Lime offers bike and scooter rentals through a convenient app. Visitors can also utilize ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft or traditional taxis. Additionally, Grand Rapids is a pedestrian-friendly town, with many restaurants, shops, and parks within walking distance, making it easy to navigate on foot.
