The Suncreek is a recently renovated 2BR/2BA condo with plenty of space for the whole family! Centrally located in the quiet Prospector Square neighborhood, you're a 5 min drive to the base of Park City Mountain, Deer Valley, or to the restaurants, shops and nightlife of Main Street.
The condo is also right on the free Park City bus route for easy access to any part of town.
The Space:
The Suncreek Condos feature:
- Dedicated underground parking
- Elevator
The condo features:
- Large living area with wood burning fireplace, HDTV
- Renovated kitchen, all new stainless steel appliances
- Dining Table that seats 6, breakfast bar that seats 3
- In unit washer/dryer
- Master Bedroom (King) with ensuite bathroom
- Second Bedroom (Queen), with second full bathroom just outside
- Pullout Full Sofa in living room
Other Things to Note:
Covid Cancellation - In addition to the cancellation policy listed on the site, we’ve added the following to help give you options in the case of any closures.
1) If the ski resorts close due to Covid related issues, we will offer your choice of a full refund or credit towards a future stay. This will be pro-rated in the event that a closure happens during your stay.
2) If the resort you are mainly skiing at (Park City Mountain Resort or Deer Valley) is operating, it will be the normal cancellation policy (see your itinerary for details).
If you need to cancel for any other reason prior to your stay, we can't guarantee any refund, but we will try to re-rent the property and will refund anything we are able to recover by re-renting.
It may make sense to purchase Cancel For Any Reason travel insurance, let us know if you’d like any recommendations on that after booking.
