Keine Erholung
Leider ständiges Hundegebell, fast ununterbrochen und überall in der Wohnung hörbar, die ansonsten schöne Terasse war dadurch nicht nutzbar. Darüber hinaus Verkehrslärm unmittelbar unter den Schlafzimmern, verstärkt durch das überall vorhandene Kopfsteinpflaster. Der Vermieter war sehr bemüht, dennoch war der Aufenthalt eine einzige Enttäuschung. Der Strand ist nahe, wir waren jedoch immer weiter weg, um uns nicht länger in der Wohnung aufhalten zu müssen.

Nous avons passé 10 jours incroyable a Mindelo appartement est grand spacieux et confortable très bien situé près des plages et des commerces de premiere nécessité. Excellant emplacement proche de porto et ces environs quartier très calme.il manquerait juste quelques accessoiress de cuisine ainsi qu'une tablette dans les salles de bain pour poser quelques affaires . Hôte très réactif qui répond dans la Journee. Un grand merci a Mr Sousa le propriétaire pour son accueil et ces conseils pour que l'on profite au mieux de notre séjour ! Nous reviendrons c'est sûr!

Property was as advertised, but not stocked was basic supplies we expected. No garbage bags or dishwasher detergent. Great location for train into Porto and Vila da Conde. Off season so not very busy which was good but made the community very quiet. Jorge was always good for recommendations.

Bien situé au pied des dunes
Bel appartement très propre et bien équipé avec une immense terrasse. Idéal donc pour quelqu'un qui est à la recherche d'un endroit paisible à proximité d'une belle plage non surpeuplé avec quelques belles terrasses/bars. Epiceries, boulangerie et restaurants à quelques minutes à pied. Jorge, le proprio, nous a bien très bien accueilli. A recommander pour couple avec 2 enfants.

a great choice to stay
The owner, Jorge, met us and showed us everything in the apartment. Well situated, close to the beach and boardwalk, grocery stores and some very good restaurants. The apartment was very clean and well-equipped with a huge balcony where we spent a lot of time. The walks along the boardwalk were so enjoyable, the ocean breeze was refreshing on hot days. The weather was very warm, just the one shower in the evening. We would definitely recommend this apartment for holidays.
