Our beautiful Lake home is where you will want to spend your next family vacation to the Lake Powell / Page, AZ area.

Our Vacation Home is located in a quiet, beautiful, peaceful community on the Utah/ Arizona border overlooking Lake Powell and a short 10 minute drive to city center of Page, AZ.

The Home is a perfect place to relax and enjoy Lake Powell with friends and family. Access to Lone Rock and Wahweap Beach are within minutes ( 2 miles from the home the way the crow flies)
Enjoy the stunning views of Lake Powell while paddle boarding, kayaking, boating and just relaxing on the beach.

Everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay is here.
Including the fastest wireless internet access available in the area, central heating and air conditioning, laundry room, a gas BBQ, a large 55-inch flat screen TV, one of 3 flat screen TVs that come equipped with Netflix and Amazon Prime access - sure to please the whole family’s entertainment needs.

To add to the home’s well-equipped interior, the living area has new reclining leather sofas and beautiful furniture. The spacious living area will quickly become your favorite place to relax after a long day of outdoor exploration and lake fun, featuring high ceilings and nice open windows framing panoramic views of Lake Powell's shimmering waters. The large dining table provides room to enjoy games and family meals with your loved ones as the aroma of a delicious home cooked meal radiates from the open kitchen, which is complete with additional bar seating and all new appliances you’ll need to cook the best home cooked meals.

After eating dinner at the large dining table, head outside for a tranquil evening of storytelling and laughter on the porch, then enjoy the calmness of the area and dark skies as you gaze at the amazing sky.

Afterwards, head inside for a night of restful sleep in the nice “new” beds offered in each of the three bedrooms, to re-energize for another exciting day in beautiful Lake Powell.

Despite incredible comfort at the home and astounding views of the mesas and lake, be sure to explore the surrounding area to experience all the excitement the area has to offer. For the outdoor enthusiasts in your group, Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, Glen Canyon Damn, and Rainbow Bridge are some of the many incredible places to visit the beautiful views of the area

Great stay close to Page

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home close to Page. House was spotless and well-appointed with all the cooking utensils one could want. Comfy beds and linens. Excellent communication from the owner. Would be glad to stay at Ashley's place again.

Wonderful stay

Perfect Location Close to Antelope & Wahweap Marinas

Loved this house and the owners!!! Perfect location close to Antelope and Wahweap Marinas. Super close to Horseshoe Bend and Antelope Slot Canyon. Walking distance to gas station, super close to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores... The house was A++ clean and beautiful, felt brand new. Comfy beds and super clean linens. Loved having a washer/dryer. Absolutely will be coming back. Owners were super nice and helpful.

Lake Powell family fun

Great location, we had a boat and it fit fine in the side dirt driveway along side our other second vehcile. Its location is good to access the marina or page and other sites easily and quiclky but out of town and quiet at night. very nice

Very nice, well equipped

Clean, well furnished and equipped house with Lake Powell view. Hubby and I appreciated the little touches (nightlights, big fluffy towels, streaming TV, fast internet, just to name a few) in this comfortable, spacious home. Large deck with a picnic table and patio chairs multiplied our dining options. Location great for Lake Powell/Glen Canyon adventures. Zion is close enough for a day trip.

Lovely views, great home

The property was beautiful, clean and great location. We had 2 adults and two kids, but there was plenty of room for more guests. It was very spacious and we'll cared for. Beautiful views and everything we needed in the home. Close to gas station and many attractions. Kids loved the ping pong and foosball. :)

Perfect Page Stop

This unit was beautiful, tastefully decorated and perfect for our stay. It was well equipped with all the necessities. Manager was quick to answer questions and was a pleasure to communicate with. Rent the unit, you won't be sorry. Page is a great central location to many beautiful sites.

Fantastic home w fantastic view

We were 2 families with children ranging from ages 6 - 14. The home was perfect - very clean, organized, spacious and well stocked. The views were fantastic. we hung out in the deck during the evening time catching up and were also able to get a mind blowing sunrise view right from the deck. I would absolutely recommend this home!

Perfect Base Camp!

This home was a perfect base camp for our visit to the Arizona/Utah border area. We visited Bryce Canyon, Zion, Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend and Lake Powell and the home was a convenient central location at the end of each day. It was clean, well stocked and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit!

Lovely Home with Beautiful View

Small details matters and this property has it. Everything was great. Only thing didn’t like is that the cleaning part when I am paying a cleaning fee but we still had to bring towels to laundry, sweep the floors, dish load in dishwasher, empty all bins and garbages to outside bin … etc.

Great location and property. Everything worked great and loved having the twin over full bunk beds. The extra fridge in garage was awesome and double washer and dryer for washing the large towels from being at lake. 10-15 mins and your in the water at Powell

Peaceful views

What a nice time we had staying at this spotless and nicely decorated VRBO with beautiful views of canyon walls and a tip of lake Powell too! So glad we chose to stay outside of Page in this very safe and quite neighborhood only 10 mins out of town. Enjoyed our coffee in the morning on the deck watching the sun rise. Owners were super responsive! Should we return to the area we would certainly stay here again.

Clean home in Quiet area

Home is obviously newly built with nice decor and very clean. Neighborhood was quiet. Convenience store was nearby. View of lake powell and cliff faces was stunning.
