Appartement agréable

Appartement agréable, situé à côté des commerces tels que carrefour market, so bio, pharmacies, location de velo et tant d’autres. A 10 minutes de la plage à pied. Je recommande cet appartement au calme avec vue sur les collines, c’est reposant. Grand balcon. Plus besoin de voiture. Propriétaire sympa.

Vacances

Appartement agréable, très bien situé, à 10mn à pieds du centre ville et de la plage. Un Carrefour pas loin pour faire les courses (un magasin Bio à 2mn) et même à 10mn à pieds du cinéma et du mini golf. Une Clim très utile avec cette chaleur. Seul petit bémol, le matelas de la chambre est un peu dur car il est tout neuf…je recommande cette location !

Éviter les vacances en mars

Comme le logement est au 3e étage, ce serait bien de préciser dans l'annonce qu'il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. Nous avons trouvé l'appartement assez sale (tête de lit, placard du frigo, cafetière), dame araignée était même présente, il faut éviter de venir hors saison !!! La chambre est très très petite, impossible de contourner le lit et placard pas pratique d'accès. Sinon il ne faut pas craindre de marcher car pour aller jusqu'au centre, port et commerces c'est un peu loin. Nous concernant, nous ne reviendrons pas dans cet endroit ( je parle du logement évidemment car Le Lavandou est un endroit magnifique.

Très bon séjour

Très bien situé ( proche du carrefour market et de la plage ). Logement propre et fonctionnel. Le propriétaire est disponible et très professionnel.

Angenehme Wohnung mit sehr gutem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis

Ein wirklich sehr zuvorkommender und sehr netter Vermieter. Er bot uns sogar an, ohne Mehrkosten einen Tag früher anzureisen, um Staus auf der Autobahn zu vermeiden. Der Vermieter sprach gutes Englisch. Als kleiner Nachteil der Wohnung empfanden wir lediglich das sehr kleine Schlafzimmer, indem man nicht um das Bett gehen konnte Wir halfen ab, indem wir die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer mitgenutzt hatten. Fazit: Sicherlich mit 4 Personen bewohnbar, aber dann ein wenig beengt. Mann müsste aus dem Koffer leben weil kein ausreichend grosser Schrank zur Verfügung steht. Dafür aber ist der Balkon schön gross und man hat einen guten Weitblick. Die Anlage, in der sich die Wohnung befinder, ist sehr gepflegt. Insgesamt gesehen kann man die Wohnung guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen. Wären wir Urlaubswiederholer, würden wir sicher auch wiederkommen.

Très bel appartement fonctionnel et moderne

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour. L'appartement était très fidèle à la description. Le propriétaire a été accueillant et nous avons pu profiter d'un temps magnifique, avec tout ce qu'il faut en lieux à visiter et activités pour passer de bonnes vacances. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement et ce lieu de villégiature.

une super semaine de vacances

Nous avans passés une semaine super appart trés bien situé , calme , trés bien équipé comme a la maison, deco sympa. une belle terrasse vue sur un parc privé , ou on peux prendre tout les repas et profiter du soleil , plage accessible a pied . Proprietaire très sympa , ainsi que son papa qui nous a très bien accueillis, si on peu on reviendra.

Très belles vacances

Appartement refait à neuf avec goût. Appartement fonctionnel et très bien équipé, bien orienté, placé au calme et près des commerces et plages. Propriétaire très prévenant et sympathique. A louer en toute confiance.
