About this property

Villa of architect of contemporary design (65 m2 interior and 40 m2 of terraces), The villa ACARIF has 2 bedrooms each with their bathroom and WC, a living room, an American kitchen, a large terrace, a private garden and a private swimming pool. The villa is fully open to the tropical garden, the pool and the sea.
Located 5 minutes from one of the most beautiful beaches of Guadeloupe (Caravelle beach), you will enjoy staying there for 4 people for holidays with family or friends but also during your business trips.
The living room: Comfortably seated, sip fruit juice, planter or traditional ti’punch with a view of the bougainvillea in bloom and the swimming pool. You will appreciate the decoration made by Françoise the owner of the place ... The chaise longue / sofa is equipped with a 90cm mattress which can sleep in the 5th person.
The kitchen: You will be seduced by the American kitchen equipped "as at home" to prepare good West Indian recipes or more simply to make squeezed juices and other cocktails to enjoy around the central island overlooking the swimming pool and the garden.
Bedroom 1: Two 90/200 beds. Opening onto the garden and the sea, this room has a balcony terrace, equipped with 2 deckchairs, allowing you to sunbathe in the morning. It is air conditioned and has its own bathroom with WC. Air conditioning new condition for optimal comfort.
Bedroom 2: A 160/200 bed. From your bed, you can watch hummingbirds in the process of foraging in the flowers of aloe unless you catch a sugar couple nesting in the nearby dracaena. Its Deck equipped with 2 deckchairs will welcome you for the afternoon sun. It is air conditioned and also has its own bathroom with WC. Air conditioning new condition for optimal comfort.
The terrace :
Table with 4 armchairs in exotic wood, blind, deckchairs, barbecue ... Something to relax refreshed by the sweetness of the trade winds.

Un excellent moment

Une superbe maison occupée à 3 avec mes 2 fils. Très bien située à 2 pas de la plage de la Caravelle et de Petit Havre. Vue magnifique, piscine super sympa et maison très chouette. Juste un petit tuyau si vous venez dans cette maison : les dîners au restaurant à Ste Anne le soir, c'est mission quasi impossible pendant les vacances de la Toussaint ! Tout était fermé !

Schöne Ferien in der Villa Acarif

Wir haben als Familie mit zwei Kindern eine schöne Zeit in dieser geräumigen, gepflegten und sauberen Unterkunft in der Nähe von Sainte-Anne verbracht. Sehr freundlich begrüßt wurden wir von Christelle, von der wir auch ein paar Tipps zu Restaurants und Einkaufmöglichkeiten erhalten haben. Sowohl der Außenbereich mit dem schönen Pool, als auch der große Innenbereich (Wohnzimmer, offene Küche, zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder) haben uns gut gefallen. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Maison avec piscine

Jolie maison bien pensée sans place perdue avec piscine agréable. Point négatif : manque un barbecue et malheureusement la maison est encerclée d’autres maisons.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé 2 belles semaines dans la villa Acarif. Nous avons été bien guidés et accueillis par notre hôte Christelle avec de sympathiques attentions. La villa dispose de tout le confort et équipements. La disposition des deux chambres avec chacunes Salle d'eau et WC permet de séjourner en toute intimité (nous étions 2 couples). Tout est fidèle à la description. On est au calme mais éloigné des commerces et du centre ville, donc la voiture est indispensable.

Belle maison, beau jardin, belle vue

Fidèle aux photos, cadre calme, vue partielle mer et Marie Galante, équipement neuf, maison super bien entretenue et très bien équipée, à notre avis il manquerait juste quelques tupperwares pour organiser la cambuse !!

Lovely Villa - perfect stay in Guadeloupe!

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Acarif! So tranquil & serene... the tropical garden was lovely! We especially loved seeing the humming birds flying around the pretty flowers right in front the terrace. We enjoyed very much bathing in the fresh water of the small pool. The house is very well equipped with a good functioning kitchen, dishwasher, and washing machine. The house is only a few minutes by car to the center of Sainte-Anne. Very convenient. Christelle, the concierge and her husband Olivier have been so nice to us and very professional. We would absolutely Love to go back!!

Havre de paix

Habitation parfaite pour deux couples ou un couple avec enfants, les deux chambres séparées avec salle de bain privative, wc et climatisation sont parfaites. la pièce centrale et sa cuisine américaine est très conviviale avec sa terrasse donnant sur la piscine. Une mention spéciale à Chrystèle pour son accueil et sa disposition, encore merci !
