Golf Cart INCLUDED! Two adult bicycles also included.
Located on quiet and peaceful Oyster Lane - only a couple blocks from the soft sands and pristine Beach.
All 3 Bedrooms with Queen Beds and TV, plus Queen Sleeper Sofa in Living Room. Linens INCLUDED (sheets, pillowcases, and bath towels).
Ceiling Fans in all Bedrooms.
Minimum age of primary renter: 25 — AND MUST BE PRESENT.
NO pets. NO smoking in the house.
All the amenities: Wireless Internet, Cable TV, Large Screen TV, Fully stocked Kitchen with large Refrigerator, blender, toaster, toaster oven, auto-drip coffee maker, smooth top Range, Microwave, and Dishwasher. Full size Washer and Dryer.
Enjoy a peaceful morning cup of coffee listening to the waves on the large covered Porch, equipped with two ceiling fans (and lights for the evening relaxation).
Show off your grilling skills on the 4-burner propane gas Grill.
And after a fun-filled day at the beach, rinse off the sand and sunscreen in the Outdoor Shower with hot & cold water.
Plenty of parking space for up to 3 vehicles, although maximum of 2 vehicles recommended.
Enjoy all the Ocean Lakes community amenities including the fantastic water park, putt putt, playgrounds, basketball courts, shuffleboard, etc., and (of course) one-mile of beach front!!

2nd time we have stayed here - LOVE IT
This is the 2nd time we have stayed here for the Ocean Lakes Halloween festivities. It is very close to all of the action and Rick is super easy to get a hold of with any questions. The house is clean and has everything you need! Also one of the few places that has a golf cart included. Thanks again and we hope to stay here again next year.

Cousins' reunion
Rick was a wonderful host. Kept us informed on check in and check out procedures. The layout of this bungalow was excellent. Master bedroom on one end and smaller bedrooms with bathroom on other end. This layout added to the privacy of all guests. Everything you need is available in the bungalow. The porch and ceiling fans were an especially nice feature. Morning coffee was great on the porch, as was, relaxing at night under small twinkle lights. Close to beach. It was so nice to have the Golf cart. It is such a fun way to travel at Ocean Lakes.

A lovely little spot for a relaxing time!
We loved the property and everything about it! The owner was very quick to respond to any questions and gave a great comprehensive tour through the home before check-in! It was just the right size for my husband and two teenagers for a great Labor Day weekend! We will definitely be back! Thanks so much!

We stayed here last year and we love the property, and owners. However, my unit did not have a refrigerator for 5 days because the old one was broken and LOUD The freezer was cold enough to act like a tiny refrigerator for milk and condiments (unable to buy groceries, forced to order out for meals, cooler, cool wet drinks and food, having to buy bags after bags of ice) and the homes golf car barely moved and died twice having to be pushed home. We missed 2 days at the beaching waiting for the refrigerator. While we managed fine and were nice to the owners the entire process I would have expected some type of partial reimbursement......

We loved the place. Close to ocean, pool and camp store. Loved that linens and towels were provided and also a golf cart! 😊 Kitchen appliances were great. Some complimentary items also provide. What a treat. Manager was ever so gracious and available. We hope to stay there again.

Perfect location beach cottage
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the beach cottage and it was an exceptional experience! The cottage's proximity to both the beach and the pool made it incredibly convenient for us to enjoy our time in the sun and water. Additionally, having a golf cart available was a fantastic bonus, making it easy to explore the area. The cottage itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. I highly recommend this beach cottage to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. Our kids and adults both loved the golf cart parade every evening. Also the elders in our family enjoyed the few steps and spacious cottage and lovely porch. June 2024 2nd stay
We stayed in this house back on 2021 and loved it so much that we booked again 2024. Each time we were down for baseball tournaments. We hosted the team dinner 13 kids plus their families. This house is in the perfect location. Close to the beach, pool, store and more! The owners are awesome super kind and quick to respond. When we come back we will always book this house!

The property was as described in the listing. It was very clean, well stocked and perfect for our group. The golf cart was an added bonus. The owner communicated well and was available for any issues (we had none but he made himself available). I will definitely recommend this property to others and will book my next Ocean Lakes stay here if it’s available. Nice place!!

Had a great time at oceanlakes. House was very clean and roomy. Quiet and peaceful area. Nice shady area. Easy walk to everything but we enjoyed the golf cart. Will definitely rent this house again. Only thing lacking was room to store groceries. Small pantry would be nice. Thank you Rick for sharing your place.

Great Vacation Rental
The vacation home was very spacious. Very clean and everything you might need to help enjoy your stay including towels and all kitchen accessories. Not far from the beach at all. The Golf cart was great for getting around. Enjoyed our staying, loved it and would go back, thank you!!!!!

First Anniversary Getaway
This home was the perfect home from start to finish everything was clean and it was fully stocked from top to bottom. The property owner is very nice and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. It’s located in a quiet space so it was very peaceful and everyone around was super nice. I’ve never dealt with such attentive hosts. House was perfect for our needs as a family. Loved the large tub in master bathroom. Very convenient to the beach and pool. Easy walk to both but nice to have the golf cart. Our 16 month old granddaughter’s first beach trip was a success.
