Entering on the ground floor, you will be provided a secure key code unique to your stay, that ensures safe entry as you check in to your home away from home. Nestle into your coastal digs by gathering together in the living space fitted with a flat screen TV. Guests are welcome to access their streaming favorites like Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime.

The kitchen is open to the living space, perfect for entertaining your guests. This quaint space offers stainless steel appliances, and is fitted to prepare a home cooked meal. Not what I expected!!!!

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I traveled from FL to GA, arrived a little late and was extremely tired. I walked into the door thinking I was being dunked. IT was not cleaned 😕.

Five days in 12B at Savannah

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay. Great location and within walking distance of historic downtown. Also, having off street parking included in the fees was a big plus. Suggested improvements- blackout curtain in bedroom to eliminate neighbors night security lights. Also, the mattress should be replaced. There is a considerable dip in the center which is fairly uncomfortable.

Historic Savannah

We were very happy with the location just off Forsythe Park walking distance to all of Historic Savannah. We didn't cook but there was enough cookware and dishes, but only one wine glass. it's a good thing my husband was abstaining!! The shower didn't have much pressure but lots of hot water. My only complaint was that the curtains in the bedroom need to be heavier, the light from SCAD next door shone right in our eyes.

AWESOME!!!

The place was clean, and very cute and tiny! Plenty of space for us. Location was awesome. We walked everywhere. Easy to find and loved that we had a parking space as we did not need to use our car at all due to where it was located. Felt very safe! We will definitely go back and stay there again!

Perfect Get Away

Great location. For 2 people it was excellent. Beautiful neighborhood has its own parking space so you don’t have to pay for parking. My wife and I really loved our time there.

Weekend get away…

The place was very cute and we loved the neighborhood. It was beautiful!!!! But the place smelled like someone had been smoking in it. Luckily, I had air freshener.

Historic district

The apartment was smaller than expected but still plenty of room for the two of us. I would add dark out curtains in the bedroom since the parking lot at the school has a very bright light on every night. The parking is not great when there are a lot of people, especially since the one tenant pulls too far forward. The shower floor is not great on the feet and the shower head sucks but youre in the city so not surprised by that.

Cute and clean with assigned parking

The apartment was bright and cheerful with nice furnishings. Looks like it was recently renovated. Plenty of room for two people but can easily accommodate 1 to 2 more. It was great to have an assigned parking space so that we could avoid paid parking on the surrounding streets. Location was amazing! Arriving in Savannah on HWY 16, we literally exited onto E Gaston St and drove a few blocks to the apartment. Forsythe Park is just a few steps away and restaurants in the historic district are within easy walking distance. The neighborhood is lively with people headed to the park but it was never noisy. Another reviewer complained about a cigarette smoke odor. Honestly, it was only slightly noticeable and only occasionally in the bathroom when the vent fan was running. It is probably coming from the next door apartment or upstairs. We had an issue with someone parking in our assigned space on our last night. I called the property manager and she immediately found a vacant space for us in the same parking lot. We will be visiting our daughter (attending SCAD) often over the next 4 years and plan to stay at this apartment whenever available.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The vacation rental was great.The big plus for us was parking. We enjoyed being in walking distance of the many restaurant. The Collins restaurant in the Park is grear for brunch.The condo was very clean. They do have regular TV which is a great plus.I do have two not so favorable comments.The trermostat was sat at 72, and we could not change the settings. In addition, there is not blanket on the bed or in the condo.I would ask that a blanket be placed in the condo, especiall if you cannot change the thermostat settings.The shower was extremely low. The shower really needs to be updated.With those minor issues, I would not hesitate to rent this place again.I highlt recommend it for a couple or just two people.

Wasn’t terrible, but not as expected.

The entire unit smelled like cigarette smoke. In fact, all of our luggage and clothes reek of it now. The bed was very stiff. The shower temp was scalding hot and only temp available. The water pressure in the shower was almost nonexistent. We were very uncomfortable and will not visit this unit again, unfortunately.

This area was walkable and close to downtown. Great place to stay!!! You get the quaint neighborhood and a stone throw away from downtown with the excitement. Prefect balance for a vacation.

Lynwood Collection on Forsyth Park, Apt 12B

The appearance and cleanliness were excellent. The location was great. Some minor things could have been better: There was no blanket for the bed, and it was cold at night. There were no facial tissues; this is a minor, but nice-to-have feature. Light switches initially appeared not to work because lamps were not plugged into the switchable outlets (corrected when we realized the problem). The entry was confusing: you park in the back but must enter from the front requiring you to walk around the entire complex. Having to parallel park was initially daunting; luckily, the adjourning space was not utilized, so we were OK. Would we stay there again? Maybe, but we would need to check alternatives.

Perfect relaxing week-long stay

This was the perfect place for our 25th anniversary trip! Across the street from Forsyth Park with a parking spot was fantastic. Everything was a 10-25min walk away, which was great. It was nice and quiet and we felt completely safe walking around town. A couple suggestions to make the place a little nicer - nicer curtains (these reminded me of a college apartment), a full-length mirror on or behind the bedroom door, a better shower head, tissues, better soap, etc (the soap was dry and brittle like someone swiped it from a hotel years ago), and more coffee. Overall, it was very comfortable and the perfect location.

Nice place

I was pleased with the cleanliness & amenities. Walking distance to about anything. I was a bit disappointed that the outdoor space was pretty dismal. But there are a couple of chairs out there and it's very close to your parking place. Nice place to regroup between outings.

Costal Chic Apartment by Lucky Savannah

We enjoyed our stay, in a clean, quiet, and nicely located (to downtown) apartment. Less than a mile walk to downtown and right across from Forsyth Park. The apartment had all you need, and was quite comfortable. Everything worked well, except for a noisy ceiling fan in the bedroom. Savannah is such a great town! We would stay at this location again.

Linwood Collection Apartment

We really enjoyed our stay at the Linwood Collection - the location off Forsyth Park is fantastic! Having the parking space was critical. Although we usually walked, it made things so much easier not having to find street parking. The outdoor "private courtyard" was a disappointment but we would book here again on a return trip.

Great Place to Stay Close to Everything!

The location was awesome its close to the park and historic district which is where we spent most of our stay.The location made it convenient for walking. Lucky Savannah was also awesome and held our luggage for us after we checked out as our flight was later in the day. If you want to cook the place had everything you need and we walked to Kroger which was only a few blocks away. The street the unit is on was quite and felt very safe. The only suggestions I would have for the rental is get a higher pressure shower head. The low flow one they have in there puts out very little pressure. It would also be nice to have some desk mount power strips / phone chargers near the bed as it was difficult to get to the plugs behind the nightstands. Some of the other reviewers complained about the fan but its because its on a dimmer switch. If you turn the dimmer all the way up it stops making noise. Other then that the rental was great. We had a wonderful time and I would definitely recommend it to anyone coming to Savannah!
