De superbes vacances dans une belle maison de vacances !
Nous avons passé un bon moment dans cette jolie maison de vacances très propre, avec un jardin et même quelques fraises fraîches. 3 chambres, cuisine super équipée, barbecue, divers meubles de jardin, 2 salles de bains, 2 WC, machine à laver, sèche-linge, etc.... Je le recommande vivement !

Premières vacances avec bébé 1 an : tout au top ! Communication avec la propriétaire, tout ce qu'il faut pour bébé, maison bien équipée, emplacement au calme, à 5min à pieds de la plage, à 150m d'un petit commerce avec pharmacie et boulangerie et maison juste à côté d'un arrêt de bus. Maison bien aménagée, propreté, bien équipée, accès garage avec douche / buanderie pour retour de la plage... Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Super vacances à St Malo
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à St Malo. La maison bénéficie d'un excellent emplacement avec sa proximité de la plage et des commerces. La maison est très confortable et très bien équipé pour recevoir des enfants. Nous pensons revenir l'an prochain.

Maison parfaite!
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans la maison, très propre, lumineuse, très bien équipée, dans un quartier calme et près d'un Carrefour contact et d'une boulangerie bien pratiques. La plage et de belles balades sont à proximité immédiate. L'hôte est arrangeante et très disponible. Seul bémol : l'évacuation des poubelles est peu fréquente, nous avons dû emmener nos poubelles dans des containers un peu partout dans la ville. Il n'empêche, si nous retournons à St Malo, nous aimerions séjourner à nouveau dans la maison!

Sehr empfehlenswert!
Wir haben eine tolle Woche in dem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und die Kommunikation war sehr angenehm. Es war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt und gut ausgestattet mit zwei Duschen, zwei Toiletten und drei Schlafzimmern. Letztere kann man mit Rollos gut abdunkeln. Wohn- und Essraum bilden zusammen mit der Küche einen großzügigen Bereich. Den Kindern haben besonders die vielen Bücher und Spielsachen gefallen. Die Lage ist sehr gut, wenn man nahe an den Sehenswürdigkeiten von Saint-Malo sein möchte, aber nicht mitten im Trubel. Man kann zu Fuß in den Supermarkt ( 3 Minuten) und an den schönen Plage du Minihic (ca. 10 Minuten). Ein Bus fährt alle halbe Stunde fast direkt vor der Haustür ab und bringt einen in 20 Minuten zur Altstadt von Saint-Malo. Etwas weiter nördlich befindet sich ein schönes Naturschutzgebiet mit kleinen Badebuchten, die während unseres Aufenthalts nie überlaufen waren.

Comfortabel huis dichtbij het strand
Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Het huis is comfortabel en gezellig (en heel compleet voor kinderen; speelgoed, kinderbed, kinderstoel, kinderbestek). Na 10 minuten lopen ben je op het prachtige strand (dat niet druk is in het hoogseizoen). Echt genoten.

Ein tolles Haus
Ein sehr schönes und sauberes Haus, so wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. Der Strand, Bäcker & Supermarkt sind in 5 - 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Bus ins Stadt-Zentrum fährt alles 30 Minuten direkt vor der Haustür ab. - Danke für die schönen Ferien.

L’accueil est courtois et précis , la maison est spacieuse, claire et sereine, on y est très bien installés. La buanderie bien conçue facilite la vie, et les extérieurs soignés sont très accueillants (quand il ne pleut pas ;-) ) Le quartier est joli et calme et il y a une supérette très pratique au bout de la rue, et elle sert en plus de point de repère, car les bretons ont cloné les maisons ! (À Saint Malo quand on dit quartier résidentiel on ne lésine pas…). La situation est intéressante, pas trop loin de l’intra-muros (les Malouins sont à cheval sur l’appellation) et bien placé pour partir vite côté Cancale / Mont-St Michel... Les plages sont à deux pas et le (petit) trajet pour y aller est plaisant. Ce sont des plages de sable, magnifiques et super agréables. Une vraie bonne maison de vacances, un séjour mémorable...

Après avoir été bien accueillis par la propriétaire nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison à proximité des commerces et de la mer. La météo ne nous a pas permis de profiter de l’extérieur mais tout l’équipement y est. Chambres spacieuses, cuisine agréable semi ouverte sur le salon salle à manger. Je recommande vivement.

Maison bien située. La plage est à 10 min à pied et on peut aller au centre ville par la digue, sympa. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour bébé et enfants. Maison familiale, pratique et propre. Je recommande.

Très confortable séjour à Saint-Malo
Nous avons passés une semaine fort agréable dans la location à la fois pratique, bien équipée, lumineuse et confortable à tous les égards. La maison est aussi très bien située au calme et près des plages, du centre intra-Muros et des commerces notamment.

Gut gelegenes Haus am Rande von Sant Malo
Das Haus liegt in einem bürgerlichen Wohngebiet an der Kreuzung zur Rue de Jersey. Zum nächsten Strand läuft man ca. 8 Minuten. Sehr nahe in ca. 2 Minuten zu erreichen ist ein kleines Einkaufszentrum mit Bäcker. Ins Zentrum nach Sant Malo ist man zu Fuß ca. 1 Stunde am Strand/der Promenade unterwegs und sollte besser den Bus oder das Auto benutzen. Bei dem Haus handelt es sich um ein älteres relativ neu saniertes Objekt. Sehr gut hat uns die Küche gefallen. Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer mit je zwei Betten im Obergeschoss. Die Betten sind etwas kürzer als 2m! Das Haus hat ein Bad, zwei separate Toiletten und eine zusätzliche Dusche in einer Art Waschküche, alles sehr sauber. Wir haben das Haus mit Bettwäsche und Handtüchern gebucht. Die Betten muss man dann selbst be- und wieder abziehen. Die Übergabe hat problemlos funktioniert. Insgesamt hat uns das Haus gut gefallen und ist allgemein zu empfehlen.
