Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Great view and location. Very easy to get to don't have to do a lot of walking from the parking garage to your unit. Nice big balcony. Very clean and would definitely stay here again

every time I left I could not get back in the room the keypad was not working had to get it reset. the spread on the bed was thin, the towels was rough other than that it was ok other than rain the all weekend, the beach chairs was for rent

Wonderful place!
The condo was as close to perfect as I could ask for. Nice cookware, dishes, a started supply of paper products. Loved the balcony. The master bed was so super comfie. Nice quality bed covers and sheets. Plenty of closer space. Not crowded at all. As others have stated the door does show light around it but that didn't affect our stay at all. I did hate that the condo key pad required 10 digits to enter. That is the only complaint at all. The grounds are beautiful and well lit. The pool and hottub are great. The grill area was very nice. We will definitely return in the future!!

The property was nice and clean. The room was nice but definitely needs some things fixed. The front door for starters needs to be replaced, you can see light coming in around the door as well as feel the air. The water in the shower in both bathrooms is backwards, hot is cold and cold is hot. Also we weren’t fans of the coffee maker, it makes a huge mess when you use it. No fitted sheet for the sleeper sofa in the room. Overall we would stay here again, views are great and the balcony was very nice except for the people smoking around us even though this is a no smoking property.

Great Stay in PCB
It was a great week! Getting new updated furniture currently. Should have an updated front door also after property discussions were had. Beautiful views and great place to book with. Very kind staff. Awesome location in relation to everything you’d want to do.

We has a great time minus the room being not very well cleaned. The base boards are awful, air vents were nasty, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom when we stayed 4 days, the washer and dryer was very old and didn't work very well at all, the couch was broke so therefore you could not use the pull out couch for a bed. The big mirrors in the room you could tell they was cleaned very fast.

Totally disappointing and misleading
This condo is in desperate need of repair. Upon arrival the pull out couch was broken, all faucets were leaking, there was mold under sinks from leaking faucets, kitchen lights didn’t work, bathroom shower handle was broken, chairs on deck were broken and chairs in home were stained and disgusting. Two TVs didn’t work and beds had sand in them. A total disappointment - if you have this unit scheduled I would cancel ASAP. Take your money and run. Vacasa was horrible to work with - another unit in condo rented by Airbnb by family was beautiful. Complex itself was nice.

Needs improvements
The condo was very clean. But the couches were so worn out, you couldn’t sit in them. The bed in the master suite has a giant sunken hole. The weather stripping on the back door is non existent. It let bugs and rain in. The deck furniture needs to be upgraded. The chairs are sunk in and the paint on the table is chipped with sharp edges. This is the second year we have stayed here with still the same issues.

Perfect location
It was a last minute decision to get away and everything went smooth. The pictures and previous reviews were accurate. I would suggest replacing the big couch, it wasn’t a big deal for us 2 but would be for a large family. I would also recommend a Spring cleaning on all the vents and the front door needs to be fixed, seems loose and shaky. Besides that the location was perfect and it was an easy walk to the beach, very secure property. We will definitely be back!

Need updating
The stive and refrigerator needs to be replaced. The eyes are uneven on top of the stove, so cooking food the pits and pans are leaning. The refrigerator is rusty on the inside, missing bottom glasses on top of the vegetable draws. The let out sofa was broke. The front door trim, needs to be replace where the locals are located. Someone can easily ply it open. The master room bed mattress or box spring need to be replaced. One side was leaning. The room need a broom and dust pan. Who wants to pull out a vacuum, for a few crumbs in a small area?

Beautiful condo that is not maintained. Stayed in two different units and had same experiences. I wonder if condo owners are aware of the neglect.
