Peak 9 usually closes Quick Silver Lift mid April 2024 After this date we will not be a ski in/out property however the remainder of the ski season Peak 7/8 remain open and will be accessible via free local bus or gondola. Quick Silver lift will reopen the week of Thanksgiving 2023 (date subject to ski conditions).
The hot tub/lobby area will undergo renovation late spring/summer 2025
The complex has 2 hot tubs (indoor and outdoor and a sauna. There is the Upper Village Pool across the street for guests use with additional hot tubs.
This condo is located next door to the 1 bedroom Trails End #408 we own (www.vrbo.com/426670). It is perfect for families or friends that want to travel together but may want separate accommodations. They are both located at the end of the hall and very private away from the general traffic. Each unit is a perfect size for a couple or small family.

LOCATION: One of the most sought after ski in/ski out locations in Breckenridge. Base of Peak 9. Step outside your back door and you are right on the Silverthorne ski run and the 6 person Quick Silver chairlift. Less than a 5 minute walk to town and Main St.
The Ski School (both adults and kids) is located next door at the Village at Breckenridge. So convenient! The daycare is also close by located in the Beaver Run Resort.
ACCOMMODATION:
You will enjoy all the comforts of home in this fourth floor, one bedroom, 560 square foot unit which features a new remodel throughout emphasizing the kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel, state of the art appliances. The gourmet, wood cabinet kitchen is fully equipped with all glassware, dishes and cooking utensils you will need to make, and serve, your favorite home-cooked dish. Enjoy your meal in the comfort of your own unit at the granite countertop bar with seating for two or the high-top dining table with seating for two. Keurig coffee maker (pods not provided).
The new sleeper sofa (with memory foam mattress) and cozy side chair are sure to provide the relaxation you deserve on vacation. Whether watching a movie on the 42" flat screen TV or reading your vacation book, the warmth from the floor-to-ceiling, rock, gas fireplace will make you feel right at home. On the warm days and exquisite summer months, relax on your private deck and take in the unique mountain views on this corner unit.
The bedroom is beautifully furnished offering a Queen bed encased in comfortable, new bedding, a 32" flat screen TV and has access to the unit's private deck. Between the bedroom and the queen sofa sleeper provided, the unit can accommodate four people.
The Trails End Condominiums offer more than just a supreme location, steps from the Peak 9 base, and within walking distance to town, steps to dining, shopping and all that Breckenridge has to offer. There are other amenities offered by the Trails End Complex building such as FREE Wi-Fi, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, a sauna, two elevators to all six floors, on-site coin-operated laundry facilities on our 4th floor and ground floor ski storage. Guests can also enjoy seasonal access to the Upper Village Pool Complex across the street with an indoor and outdoor heated pool, changing rooms, indoor and outdoor hot tubs and a relaxing sun tanning area. (Seasonal - Subject to Spring/Fall Closures).
There is no daily housekeeping but if there is anything you need (maintenance, emergencies, etc) they will provide those services to you. A midweek clean is required every 7 days if staying over 7 days at a charge of $84 so please take this into the price consideration as it will be added once booked. If staying less than 7 days and want a midweek clean it is available for $84. Please let us know ahead of time.
Our management company for key pick up is off site on Main St., Breckenridge about 5 minutes from the condo. When checking out, keys may be left in the condo.
We have partnered with Summit Express Shuttle service and the local grocery store to receive discounts and guests will receive information in the Booking Packet that is emailed.
Cancellations/Refunds:
Cancellation outside 45 of days arrival is subject to full refund less $100 processing fee. Cancellation inside 45 days of arrival is subject to forfeiture of full payment. No shows, late arrivals and early departures are charged the full amount for the reserved stay. All requests for cancellations and changes to reservations must be made in writing. But what really made the trip perfect was the wonderful condo that we stayed at. It was Trails End unit #406. This condo was recently renovated and had all of the features one would want, including flat screen TVs in both rooms, great WiFi, modern kitchen, great fireplace and balcony with a view of the mountain. The Trail Ends complex is ski in ski out and only 100 feet or so from the Peak 9 main lift. It's also a short walk to the Village area at the base of Peak 9 as well as town. There is nice outdoor hot tub as well as indoor spa facilities. Overall, I highly recommend this unit to both individuals and families. “
