Our cabin was just as described. Communication and check in went great. Everything was clean. You can hear Highway noise at night but if you don’t mind that it’s a great place to stay.
This little place was great for a couple of nights. It would be a great place to bring kids as well because of the adventure park. We also booked the 4x4 tour which was interesting and very bumpy. All the staff were great and very accomodating.
Everything was great here, but two things we noticed that we weren't expecting: dogs ARE allowed, just need to pay fee, and it's against the rules to bring alcohol into your cabin. Any alcohol you consume they want you to buy from them at their bar at the resort. And while there is a kitchen, there is not much along the lines of supplies. No salt and pepper, oil, etc. They have a pan and a small pot, no baking dishes, no potholders. Make sure to bring everything you need for cooking if you plan to do so. Bed was comfortable, cabin was clean. Love the location!!
Also, it should be mentioned that this cabin is part of a resort, and they have a ton of things to do. Zip lining, running around in a ball on water,, white water rafting, special suspended ropes courses. Not really my scene at my age, and I would have probably picked a different spot if I had known. Fun though if I had brought along some younger people!!
Adventure near Denver! After you enjoy a fun day of excursions, you can relax in one of our fully-furnished cabins or in an adventure yurt!
-Tiny-Home Style Cabins: Includes a kitchen full of amenities, a queen-sized bed, sleeper sofa, living room with television, and a bathroom with shower. Cabins are great for individuals and smaller groups of 4 or less people.
-Adventure Yurts: These are great for larger groups and have different bedroom options, including bunk beds. Yurts are located near the Bathhouse which has restrooms and showers.
You’ll have an unforgettable time as you explore the surrounding wilderness while having all of your needs addressed by our friendly, attentive staff.
