Townhouse offers three bedrooms (1 queen, 2 full, couch in finished basement), 2 full and 1/2 bath and open living and kitchen areas. There is plenty of space to entertain at the high top kitchen table or sectional living room. Amenities include access to: washer/dryer, wireless internet, TVs in all rooms, central air, outdoor top deck, outdoor basement deck, and all kitchen appliances (coffee pot, kettle, standard pots, pans, & utensils, etc).

Early check-in or late check-out available. Sheetz gas station near development.

New for 2023: LVP flooring throughout second floor, remodeled half bath.

Great stay for Penn State Football Weekend

My husband and I stayed here for the weekend to visit our son at Penn State and to attend a football game. It is outside of campus, but is approximately 15 minutes away so still very convenient. The condo was very clean and comfortable. While we were really only there in the evenings, we enjoyed our stay and would return on another trip.

Great Weekend Rental

We had a lovely weekend - in town for PSU football. The townhouse was convenient to the university and right down the road from a Giant, gas station and Dunkin Donuts. Townshouse was exactly as depicted in the listing. We had one minor issue and owner was responsive. We hope to return. Many thanks!

Great Stay

The townhouse was perfect for my family of 6. It was clean and well equipped with everything you need. Amy was incredibly responsive. The drive to the stadium and downtown State College was very easy. We will definitely stay again the next time we plan a family trip to Happy Valley

Good location for PSU Football weekend

Good location for getting to/from Penn State. Property could have been cleaner - dusty and carpet needs cleaned. Should have had backup paper towel roll - single roll ran out early. Would be better with larger beds in 2nd and 3rd bedrooms.

Wonderful experience!

This property is very clean and in a safe neighborhood. Amy was very prompt with getting back to me with some questions I had prior to check in. You can tell great pride is taken to ensure a relaxed and comfortable stay. All the extras made us feel at home. I would definitely stay here again!

Great townhouse

Nice clean townhouse that had all the amenities we needed. Two families of 4 slept comfortably. Very close to the highway with easy access to PSU

Perfect for Game Day!

This condo was awesome for our girls trip up to state college. 15 minute Ubers to campus, clean house, everything you could need! We loved our stay and can’t wait to make this a tradition!

Nice townhome convenient to PSU

Nice clean and spacious. Stayed for PSU Football game, 10 minutes to Beaver Stadium, located near highway. Worked great for us. Quick responses from the host, very clear instructions. Would stay again.

Nice stay!

My husband and i and another couple rented this property for PSU Parents Weekend. It’s a great location, just a short drive to campus. The property was very clean and the bed we slept in was very comfortable! Our friends said the same about their bed. The only think that could be a problem is the lack of parking. There is no street parking so if u have more than two cars, not sure what u would do. Other than that, I would definitely stay again!

We came for a penn state football weekend

This was a very nice property. This is a neighborhood that allows two cars per townhome. When we arrived we found clean sheets waiting for us to make our own beds. I must say I was taken aback by that -it’s fine. I just wasn’t up for making beds. I hire someone to do that at my own house and didn’t expect that on a quick weekend trip for which we paid dollars. Hotels do better than that…just didn’t love the carpet stains either -so it was fine but not something we will do again -hotel would have been better
