Residence from the 70s, quiet and sunny, made up of 4 floors, offering very beautiful views. Free uncovered communal parking below the residence but without direct access. Access to the building is by stairs. The slopes are approximately 200 meters away and shops are close (sports stores and supermarket).
Partially renovated studio of approximately 21m², located in a residence in Plan Peisey, approximately 200 meters from the slopes.
Rented for 2 to 4 people, it is composed of an entrance with a sleeping area separated from the living room by a curtain with 2 bunk beds, a shower room with toilet, a kitchen area opening onto a living room with a convertible sofa for 2 people .
The apartment faces south and has a balcony so you can fully enjoy your stay.
Equipment: Fridge, microwave, electric hob. Television.
Rented with a ski locker. Paid WIFI available at the agency upon reservation.
Beds: 1 set of bunk beds (recommended for children, only from 6 years old), 1 convertible sofa.
Sanitary: 1 shower room with WC
Free public outdoor parking nearby. No reservation possible.
Practical: Sheets are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Towels can be ordered at an additional cost. You can book your ski lift passes, ski equipment and ski lessons at preferential rates.
You collect the services ordered when you arrive at the agency.
INFORMATION: furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. The fabric pads must not be removed from the beds and left clean, the beds must be unmade correctly with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will be subject to invoicing debited from a deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing sheet, €300 for replacing the furniture.
NON-SMOKING apartment: billing for odor of €300 for cleaning of all fabrics
