Spotless, comfortable and well-located
The apartment suited us beautifully and Mayte and her son Marcos were very welcoming and gave us plenty of advice about where to go. As others mentioned, the apartment is very central and well-appointed. The only problem we had was with parking. Although street parking is mostly unrestricted, it wasn’t always possible to find a spot near the apartment.

A large modern apartment with everything you need for a lovely holiday in Pontevedra.
From the outset, our hosts, Mayte and her family were informative and welcoming, from lots of pre-information through to a welcoming committee at the train station complete with name placard (thanks Manel and Julio)! The apartment is very close to the train and bus terminals, with supermarkets nearby, and only a 10-15 minute walk to the city centre. As for the apartment, it’s one of the best apartments I’ve ever stayed in, being large, modern and equipped with everything convenience needed to fall in love with Pontevedra and its surrounding localities. And if you need something, our hosts lived in the same building and were ready to help in any way they could. Thanks for making our stay as wonderful as it was.

Wonderful Apartment in a Great Area
We all loved staying here. It was very clean, beautifully furnished, and in a very convenient location in Pontevedra. It is spacious and has everything one might need. The apartment was also quiet and very close to stores, cafes, and bakeries. And we loved Maria and Manel. They were so helpful and kind. I would absolutely stay there again. It was really great.

We spent a just about perfect week in this ideal apartment. It's spacious, bright, airy, comprehensively equipped and situated exactly right for exploring Pontevedra on foot and for bus/train transport links. We arrived by train and used buses to go out of town, and both stations are a 2 minute walk away, while the historic centre of Pontevedra is an easy 15 minute walk. There was really nothing we felt was lacking in comfort, space or equipment, and it's perfectly quiet through the night, so we slept well. Mayte and Francisco made the whole experience, from arrival to departure, very easy and we felt that if any issues had arisen they would have been speedily resolved. However, there were no issues! Not least, their recommendations for restaurants, places to visit - do take the comfortable and inexpensive bus ride to Combarro - were most welcome and enjoyable. All in all, we loved our week in Pontevedra and wouldn't change a single detail. Muchisimas gracias!

La atención de Maria Teresa al darnos informaciones varias sobre la zona ha sido de 10. Los supermercados están muy cerquita y el obrador Acuña con sus ricas empanadas muy cerca. Nos ha encantado el centro histórico de Pontevedra, es una maravilla, está a unos 10-15 minutos andando y el mercado de abastos, buen pescado y buen marisco. En la casa, la limpieza es de sobresaliente y no exagero, una pasada. Es muy cómoda, espaciosa y luminosa. Tiene absolutamente todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa. Hemos dormido muy bien y sin ruidos. Está muy cerca de la incorporación a la autopista y de otras carreteras y era muy fácil llegar a todos los sitios de interés rápidamente, Sanxenxo, Combarro, O Grove, Vigo, Santiago, etc. Gracias María Teresa, volveremos seguro.
