Delightful modern, airy and spacious studio located 25 steps from Salis Beach which has stunning views of the Mediterranean, Alps and Old Antibes. Local shuttle bus opposite gives access to Rail / Bus links to Cannes, Nice, Monaco and Italy. Within walking distance of Antibes town (home of the Picasso and Peynet museums) where a selection of local markets, shops and supermarkets can be found. There is an abundance of restaurants in all price ranges locally.Ideally situated for access to Nice airport and TGV rail station in Antibes. Centrally placed for exploring the surrounding coast and old villages. Challenging trails for walking and cycling can be found in the nearby hills for those with energy to spare. The property is right on the beach in Antibes. The beach is sandy with a gentle slope. (note that other beaches from the Italian border to Antibes have pebbles and can be steep). There are life guards on the beach from mid June to mid September.
