2 Bed apartment on the excellent Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort.

Capable of sleeping up to 5 adults and also equipped with a cot. There is 4 single beds and a fold out bed in the living room.

The apartment is equipped with all the mod cons, including Air Conditioning, TV with cable TV & DVD player.

The kitchen has a cooker, fridge freezer, toaster, microwave, kettle, dish washer, washing machine, Iron, plates, cutlery, mugs & glasses.

The apartment also has a balcony, with sun loungers & table & chairs, which looks out onto a massive communal swimming pool. The resort also has a host of other communal pools, multi sports courts & tennis courts.

There are also a number of play parks around the resort.

The resort also boasts bar & restaurants in the centre of the resort.

The apartment is located very close to the golf clubhouse, less than 5 minute walk, and also to the driving range.

Great little apartment

A great priced apartment and as described. Beautiful views from the balcony to the large pool and only a few minutes walk to the restaurant and shop. Would definitely book again.

Nice and quiet place

The apartment was fine, but it contained only the absolute essentials. The kitchen was very sparsely equipped.

Appartement au top

Appartement parfait pour des vacances en famille. Il y a vraiment tout le nécessaire comme a la maison. La climatisation est un réel plus et la piscine juste près de l'appartement est au top. Quelques soucis de chaudière mais Michael et Aidan ont été très réactifs.

La última semana la piscina cerrada. El encargado de la casa sólo habla inglés suerte que mis hijas lo hablan bien y no tuvimos problemas.

Great apartment great resort

Loved the apartment everything as listed awesome pool and location, town of Sucina very nice nice restaurants and made feel welcome few problems at start of rental but sorted out by owner. All in all very good.

Absoluter Hammer

Wirklich das einzige das zu Bemängeln wäre das Boiler/Heizung System wäre mal richtig zu Ueberhohlen !! Der erst ist absolut Hammer mäßig !!

Alles in allem eine Hervorragende Unterkunft!

Gesamthaft eine Gute Wohnung, einzig der Boiler hatte so seine Macken, wurde aber nach einem Anruf bei Aidan, der einen Guten Job macht gut organisiert und wurde dann beim zweiten mal auch Repariert.

La recepción...

El complejo es acogedor y muy grande, son apartamentos con diferentes dueños.. son apartamentos muy completos con todos los electrodomésticos aunque faltos de limpieza.. te encuentras comida en la nevera que han dejado otros clientes, no hay recepción, una persona se pone en contacto contigo y te lo entrega las llaves... y seria importante que esta persona hablara español, xq hay personas que aún no hablamos ingles, y fue todo un lío.... son cosas que habría que mejorar y si lo hacen volvería sin problemas....

Belle location dans un très beau complexe

Logement très agréable et bien équipé. La vue sur la piscine est appréciable et la résidence est très calme. Il est conseillé d'avoir un véhicule pour visiter car l'hacienda golf resort est assez éloigné de l'activité touristique. Nous avons passé de superbes vacances. Nous recommandons vivement

Wohnung ist okay

Der Schlüsselverwalter ist unfreundlich und unzuverlässig. Er hat uns mehr als 1 Stunde mit zwei kleinen Kindern in der prallen Sonne warten lassen, selbst auf ein erneutes Telefonat reagierte ermit 40 Minuten Verspätung. Die Wohnung ist auf den ersten Blick schön, aber nur auf den ersten! Die Couch hat die besten Tage bei weitem Überschritten. Sowohl der Wohnbereich als auch der Essbereich sind sehr beengt und sehen nur auf den Fotos geräumig aus. Die Küche sieht auf den Fotos nett aus, in Realität ist absolut kein Platz und alles vollgestellt, so dass man keinen Platz hat und ein beengtes Gefühl hat. Der Balkon ist ebenfalls zugestellt und man muss sich erst Platz verschaffen. Im Badezimmer hat meine eine Antirutschmatte in der Badewanne hingelegt, die komplett mit Schwarzschimmel überzogen war. Im Flur ist Schimmel, da irgendetwas mit der Klinaanlage mal war. Der Pool ist das größte Problem: ich habe einen Hautausschlag davon bekommen. Unsere Kinder sind absolute Wasserratten, wollten aber nachher nicht mehr im Pool, da die Augenschmerzen, trotz Taucherbrillen, zu groß waren. Der Pool ist nie leer und zu den Poolbereich gehören knapp 100 Wohnungen. Die Klappstühle für den Poolbereich waren defekt, wurden trotz bemängeln nicht ausgetauscht. Auf den Fotos sieht es nach einem überschaubaren Wohnkomplex aus, aber dieser mal vier ist der Wohnkomplex, welcher unmittelbar in der Nähe ist. Es gibt auch positives: Die Klimaanlage hat einwandfrei funktioniert, sowie alle anderen technischen Geräte funktionierten. Die Putzfrau hat einen guten Job gemacht. Die Matratzen waren bequem. Man könnte sogar deutsches Fernsehen empfangen. Der Sicherheitsdienst macht einen guten Job. Der Supermarkt ist sehr gut sortiert und ist preislich erschwinglich. Ich würde die Wohnung nicht weiter empfehlen.

Lovely relaxing holiday with everything you need including a fantastic swimming pool

We had a great relaxing holiday in this lovely apartment It was clean and Morden and had everything we needed The swimming pool was one of the biggest and nicest we had A car is a must as we enjoyed going to mil Palmeras beach The golf restaurant was good value and of we enjoyed our last night meal there Would highly recommend Thanks for a great holidays

Fantastic property, ideal for families

What a fantastic place. The location is idyllic and perfect for people who want relaxation although also ideal for families but a car is definitely recommended. The resort is well equipped with numerous pools, a shop, football pitch, tennis court and lovely restaurants. This property on the resort is brilliant. Perfect for families. A clean and very well equipped apartment with pools nearby and only a 2 minute walk to the shops. Thanks for everything.

Estancia en apartamento

La estancia ha estado muy bien, el apartamento muy completo y comodo, lo unico que hay que pagar todo por adelantado, con poca garantia, tampoco se puede ver el apartamento antes de pagar, el valor del alquiler ha sido algo mas de lo anunciado en la pagina web como precio medio, pero por lo demas todo muy bien, aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones, piscina muy limpia, y todos los electrodomesticos.
