Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We typically rent condos that are beachfront, so we weren’t sure what we’d think about not being able to see the ocean from our room. Upon arrival we felt like we were driving up to our own beach home. When we walked inside we were greeted with soft jazz music playing throughout the house everything was bright, clean & we instantly felt relaxed. We enjoyed morning cups of coffee on the patio looking out at the pond and golf course, & a few dinners as well. We’ve never had a golf cart while at the beach - having this was an extra plus and made our trip even MORE enjoyable. This has become our new favorite place to stay and will book it again!!!

Nice stay

The house was great and clean it was everything we needed minus kitchen cooking supplies needed to have larger skillets and pots and oven pans more then a cookie sheet. It has enough plates and silverware to feed a small army but 2 little skillets makes it hard to cook anything large for 10 people. It didn’t have mixing bowls either. If you need a great house and eat out on your meals or bring in takeout it’s perfect.

First timer Sandestin resort

Great space, amenities and location to the private beach! Golf cart was a blast for the kids and gives way accesses to beach and wharf. Lots of fun hunting lizards, frogs in the golf course and lush landscape for kiddos <6. Pack a jacket--living area gets cool to maintain temps in bedrooms. Plenty of space for 6 adults and kids/toddlers. Publix less than 5 mins away with easy access. Loved this location! Property is great with pool tots/floats and 5 chairs in the garage for use.

The only other minor to note is the water gets cold fast when everyone is showering at the same time(as expected.)3. Nothing to complain about at all. All amenities met our needs and the large spacious home made everything exceedingly pleasant. I would choose this home again! No stone was left unturned when it comes to all the details and amenities this home offered, too many to name from the water toys, to the golf cart, to the well equipped kitchen and beautiful patio. Home is beautifully appointed with everything you need for a good time! Bedrooms had storage and are very comfortable and upscale. Family areas we very clean and fresh and the patio was a wonderful plus to have.

Great Family Getaway

The house was large and comfortable for our family. We enjoyed having the outdoor patio to soak up the sunshine, as a break away from the wind and sand of the beach. The golf cart made it convenient for getting around without having to use our vehicle. Being in Sandestin made it easy to access multiple food and shopping areas. We were surprised to see the garage had pool and beach items available for use. This was an added bonus and we wanted to share this information with future renters so you don’t have to pack your items from home. Would definitely recommend this rental to others.

Amazing unit

This was our 8th trip to Sandestin and was by far the best unit we have ever stayed in. It has everything you need from amazing views, comfortable beds and a nice patio area to a golf cart, gas grill and a garage than can fit a large SUV. And can’t beat the fact that it is inside Tivoli Terrace, which means it is behind a private neighborhood gate.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Townhouse is in located in a gated community within the resort on the oceanside golf course. We had access to several pools, golf cart, fun activities and the beach. Overall 5406 Tivoli is a comfortable, spacious and quiet spot. We enjoyed the visit. I took off a star because upon arrival, the fridge was clean but smelled fishy. Maintenance came right away, but couldn't eliminate the odor. Maintenance also fixed shower and sink slow drains. Great service! The mattresses were zipped up in a plastic cover, which is understandable. But, they could use a thin mattress pad over that because it felt/sounded like sleeping on tissue paper. Also, sound from downstairs carries so much to the open upstairs. If you stay in this townhouse, be sure to bring extra blankets. Platinum Services was excellent overall in communicating and addressing our questions/concerns. We are completely satisfied with the service and will rent through Platinum Services again.

Very nice overall. Too hot in the downstairs master bedroom.

The unit was very nice overall. The golf cart was even bigger than we thought. The house was very close to the beach as well. The only negative was the master bedroom AC. Just like the reviewer posted on 5-31-2021, the master bedroom downstairs does not cool down at all. The issue is still not fixed. It was so hot I had trouble sleeping at night. The rest of the house would get ice cold. Other than this issue, the house was wonderful.

Perfect home for an Emerald coast get away

Everything you need to get your vacation started. Having the use of a golf cart was super fun and made getting around the resort a lot easier with parking. I loved the view overlooking the golf course and all of the beautiful tropical plants in the landscape. The location made it very convenient for early Tee times for my golfers. The weather was crazy during our week with the tropical depression Claudette, it was a nice place to hunker down and watch movies as well. There is something for everyone to enjoy ; beaching, biking, kayaking, golfing, shopping, eating, and relaxing. Very peaceful place at the end of an adventurous day. Also, the nearby parks Henderson Beach and Topsail were amazing places to get a little more spread out on the beach.

Overall the property was amazing! The master bedroom downstairs would not cool off so it was hot our whole stay, the rest of the house was cool temperature wise though. The home had everything you need for a great vacation.
