Comfortable and close to everything!
Nice shaded deck, comfortable beds, and plenty of fans. We stayed during a heat wave and though the building doesn't have AC (darn mtn. towns) we appreciated the fans and clean pool!

Average
Our group of 4 stayed this past weekend and there was plenty of room for all of us, it was an easy walk to the lift or grocery and convenient to town on the bus route. Clearly location was great, but with that said, it wasn't as clean as it could've been - several pans were dirty before our first use and the coffee table was covered in drink marks when we got there. Towel supply was great, beds were comfortable, and they offered plenty of box fans & space heaters (which was great because the temperature wouldn't regulate). Kitchen is a bit poorly stocked, but we made it work. The biggest con is there is no coin converter in the building to do laundry, so make sure to stock up if you have any intention to wash your clothes! We did arrive to a broken toilet, but maintenance was quick to fix it for us!

Great basic location for access to the slopes. Walk across 2 parking lots to get to Eagle Lift and access to top of mountain. Avoid the crowds. Rooms are comfortable but not luxury. Would not be good for more than 4 adults.

Way overpriced crappy apartment in great location
The condo development looks like designed by the premier designer of Siberian prison colonies. The pictures of the overall property and specific listing were very generous at best. The apartment was “fine” but this was overpriced for what it is, and getting the final invoice showing taxes and fees were a 50% up charge to the actual rental expense sucked. The specific unit owner pays no attention to standard maintenance. ie the toilet mechanism rubber flapper has fully degraded and needs to be replaced as normal course, but this is why the tank sometimes fails to fill and the toilet sometimes won’t flush because it cannot seal. The dishwasher is about to fall out of its mounting in the cabinetry. The closets were filled with supplies like old paint cans and such that should be removed. Pictures don’t show the cinder block walls. The second bedroom was clearly a separate studio and not properly combined; weird. The blinds to the apartment are all broken and askew which is a big problem for the en-suite bedroom as the light is bright and on all night from the pool-hot tub area so this room remains lit up like a Christmas tree. There is a shared laundry not washer/dryer in unit, and coin operated with no change machine so make sure to bring detergent and quarters. I had a great vacation with my family. The location was amazing. I would most definitely not rent this unit or in this building again.

Great stay but with some glitches
I was happy enough with the accommodations, with management and with the location to stay there again. There were three issues which prevented me from giving this stay an overall 5 star review. Upon arriving from the airport on a late evening, the code we were given to the unit did not work. Fortunately, an on-call manager was able to assist by giving me the correct code. The following morning we discovered that one of the toilets did not have water. I sent a text to operations. After coming back from skiing at the end of the day and seeing that the toilet had not been repaired, I once again communicated the need for repair and it was taken care of by early evening. That evening we discovered that the pilot light was out in the fireplace and reported the problem to management who was very responsive. Everything else was great and my family and I were happy we chose this property and we would do so again.

A Little Gem
Skied Park City with my wife and Brother. This 2-bdr condo worked very well for us. We couldn’t believe how close it was to the lifts! The beds are comfy, the fireplace was warm, and the hot tub soothed the muscles! Only minor hiccup was the combo to the ski lock was incorrect but management and staff fixed it right away. All in all a fantastic place!

Nice condo and great location, zero response from host
The condo was clean and a very short walk to the slopes. The amenities are nice - great heated pool and hot tub. Parking is a little limited. The problem is that the host was completely non-communicative. I sent a message when I made the booking (about 3 weeks before our stay) asking if there was a lobby or business center. No response. The listing advertised two parking passes. Only one pass was in the condo. I messaged the host - no response. The fireplace was broken (along with the dishwasher nearly coming out of the wall). I messaged the host - no response. If you want to be a 5 minute walk to the chairlift and don't mind if things are broken, book this place. But if you have any issues at all during your stay, do not expect help from the host.

Good location- very disappointing accommodations
The building and unit are old and very low-end quality (some of the walls in the unit were painted cinderblocks). The glasses and dishes were dirty and the dishwasher did not work well. The carpet in the main area was stained and the lighting throughout the unit was poor. There are no provisions in the kitchen, not even salt or pepper. The master bedroom lacks a television and we had to stop using the master bathroom because the toilet was leaking to the unit below; the window would not close fully and needed to be fixed. In the second bedroom, the baseboard heating is broken and we froze the first night because we were not advised that the issue (noted in older reviews) was never fixed (we were given a space heater the next day); the one dresser in the room was dilapidated, with broken drawers and missing handles and dust on top; the mattresses are old, awful and sink deep in the middle; there is one dim lamp in the room (and no additional lights were provided); and the tiny television could not play loud enough to actually enjoy. Somebody entered the unit while we were skiing and dropped off a gift basket because of the toilet issue— while the gesture was appreciated, the unauthorized violation of our personal space was very troubling and required us to take an inventory of our valuables. Given the all-in rate, which included surcharges and fees of over 20%, we were very disappointed.

Great location BUT very disappointing accommodations
. We had expected more from accommodations that cost us nearly $500/night (after fees and surcharges). The walls are made of cinderblocks, like my childhood school. The lighting is poor. The carpet in the living area has a gross dark stain. The kitchen had zero provisions- no salt, pepper, or spices of any kind. Many of the glasses and dishes were dirty and the dishwasher worked poorly. The master bedroom lacked a television; and we could not use the toilet because it was leaking into the unit below. In the second bedroom, the baseboard heating did not work (an issue that has been known to management for at least a few months); the mattress is so old that it sank deeply in the middle when laying down; there was no overhead lighting in the room, the only light was a single dim lamp and management was unable to provide additional lighting; the dresser was old and broken, with unusable drawers; and the room has a tiny television that cannot play loud enough to actually use. I would expect more from the most budget friendly motel— all the more so from such a costly accommodation. If you cannot find anything else and don’t mind overpaying, the unit will do; otherwise, think twice before booking.

Location and quality were as advertised and expected. Management worked with us to check out a little late and pick up and store our luggage our last day to allow us to go on a snowmobile tour. A couple of minor issues...couldn’t figure out how to turn on the fireplace, and baseboard heat in bedroom with twin beds was not working. Neither were big enough issues to bring to management’s attention while there, but do need to be corrected.

Nice location near a city park, stores and downtown. Clean and adequately equipped. Second bedroom could use more light and a colander in the kitchen would be great. Appreciated the paper towels and toilet paper
