Perfect Mother Daughter Getaway

I would definitely recommend a stay here! The location is great, tucked up against the mountains in a very quiet development with all the amenities. Grady welcomed us and showed us around. I loved how other folks left kitchen necessities for our use (salt, sugar, tea, spices, even food storage containers and ziploc bags). An added bonus is that you can walk to Koffi for a morning latte. The condo is comfortable and clean with everything you need to enjoy a getaway in the sun. We will be back!

Great location

Lovely unit with everything you need, and lots of storage space. Perfect location. And Grady was flexible when we asked to come in a couple of days early. Highly recommended.

Lacks for nothing

Grady is a marvelous, personable host. This cozy 1 bedroom lacks nothing. Need a spot of tea - open a cabinet door, mayo for your BLT - check the fridge. Even a bit of coffee in case you forgot to buy your own. Bed topping is comfy. Spa and pool are right out the back door. One little 'scare.' Not able to turn the coffee maker on the first morning!!! Eek. There is a mystery switch that turns on outlets over sink counter side that I could not find. Easily remedied by moving coffee maker to other counter. You should come.

Fantastic 1 br apt in clean condo development with pool

The apartment does not disappoint and is well appointed with kitchen, small dining, lovely bathroom and vanity plus comfortable king size bed. Well situated next to pool and jacuzzi with a private patio just off the shared areas. Dedicated parking spot in covered parking area. If you are looking for a place off the main and heavily trafficked streets of downtown, this is an exceptional choice. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare your own meals, and the linen cabinets are filled with enough towels and supplies to keep you comfortable during your stay. Really enjoyed my 6 night stay, got to spend time in the jacuzzi talking with local residents and their friendly advice on what to see and do while in Palm Springs. Great tip: Barry Manilow's hill top estate is visible from the pool, and on a quiet evening when he is in town, the residents share that he can be heard playing some times. A great time, thanks so much! Highly recommend and will be back.

Totally satisfied

The condo was in a great location and had an amazing view. It was a long walk to downtown or to restaurants and groceries so I’d suggest a car but it was worth the walk. There is Quick access to hiking some great trails. The residents at the complex were friendly A bonus was that the patio area opened to the pool area.

Quiet & clean condo

I stayed for 10 days on a golf trip and really enjoyed the property. All the comforts of home including full kitchen, great TV, comfortable bed and living room. Located near grocers, restaurants and many great golf courses in the Palm Springs area. Would have no hesitation about staying here again.

Quiet and convenient

This was our second time at this property. Once again communication with Mel and Grady was excellent. The unit is clean and comfortable. The hot tub steps from the patio is wonderful. It’s not heavily used so it was almost like having a private hot tub. The residents are friendly but not overly so. They gave great suggestions as to places to go. We enjoyed a daily fresh grapefruit from the tree outside the patio. We are already talking about our next visit!

Great Place

This condo has a great location close to everything without being in the middle of it. Nicely furnished and comfortable. The pool is right off the patio, yet the patio is still very private. I’ll definitely stay again.

An excellent clean one bedroom unit!

My wife and I stayed at this unit for two weeks in early October 2022. The location is very handy to downtown PS, it was well equipped with everything your could need including pool towels and tennis racquets. Patio is very private with the pool and hot tub just steps away. Sun Lounge chairs, tables and patio umbrellas at the pool. Very comfortable king bed. Grady, the host is excellent and made himself available for any issues or questions we had. Overall, 6 stars out of 5. We will definitely be back next year.

Just perfect for us

Communication was great. We feel very welcomed. The condo has everything we needed. Best equipped kitchen Of any rental I’ve been in. Comfortable bed. The best part is the steps from the pool and hot tub. Morning coffee on the deck was delightful. We enjoyed watching the hummingbirds and verdins in the flowers. Close to hiking a biking. This rental sets the bar high!!

The perfect restful retreat

My husband and I traveled from Alaska to escape the snow. This condo was the perfect respite from a long winter. The condo was perfect, exactly as portrayed, furnished with a very tasteful and functional elegance, and providing everything we could need. The kitchen was well equipped with excellent appliances. The bed was very comfortable, and the nights quiet. Upon waking in the morning, the only sounds were songbirds. We loved and took advantage of the secluded access directly to the pool and hot tub. The location of the property itself is a very convenient distance to the downtown corridor and to the grocery store, as well as hiking trails. We would definitely stay here again and recommend the property to friends. Many thanks to Grady and Mel, especially for the restaurant recommendations. The Tropicale was hands down our favorite!

Great Getaway!

My husband and I were very happy with our whole experience! The condo turned out to be exactly as expected with no surprises and nicely updated. The kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked with all the essentials and more. I couldn’t believe how many kitchen utensils, dishes, pots, pans and small appliances were provided! The location was so close to downtown, grocery stores, restaurants and hiking trails. We walked or hiked every morning and really enjoyed the beautiful breathtaking Canyons! Enjoyed having the pool right outside our patio door. The pool area was very clean and maintained well. Mel and Grady were very accommodating to our needs, especially with the changes in our check-in and check-out times! We also appreciated the great communications whenever we had questions or concerns. We would like to come back next year!

Impeccably clean... nicely renovated older condo... I would definitely book it again. Cons. The only thing negative I can say is you could read a newspaper through the toilet tissue. If that is the worst thing to review, you should book this place.
