It is very close to many restaurants, bars and to public transportation, especially Opéra subway station (3 different lines).

The property and the corridor/communal areas were not up to standard.

The property was not up to standard - luckily we didnt need to spend too much time there what with being surrounded by a central area to Paris. The pictures were very sparing and meant we did not realise that the second bedroom is a low ceiling mezzanine accessed by what is virtually a ladder. Several steps of the ladder were not perfectly secure (and i’m not heavy) and generally this was a hazard we found. Very overpriced for what this is and won’t be staying again. On the upside the team were relatively responsive although I had to chase them on the day of our arrival as I hadn’t received any confirmation email or information to access the property.
