We are so wonderfully blessed to have finally found our sweet Sedona home, "JVRSweet Sedona". Fantastic views, five minute walk to hiking, walk to uptown and so very peaceful and quiet! Updated 3 Bedroom/2 Bath, one level, mid century modern rambler with all the amenities for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation. Rain Shower, 3 King Beds, 2 Recliners, Hot Tub, Fire Pit, Sleeper Swing, 2 Fire Places, Pool/Ping Pong/Air Hockey table, Hammock, Yoga Mats and Meditation Cushions. Fantastic Red Rock Views and Wildlife . . . are just a few of our home's highlights.

Fully equipped kitchen - Enjoy the Red Rock Views while making your favorite meals. Regular and Keurig Coffee Maker, Double Oven, Cook Top, Refrigerator with Ice Maker, Toaster, Blender, Waffle Maker, Crock Pot, Panini/Grill Press, Electric Griddle, Pots and Pans, Wine Glasses, Margarita Glasses, Hand Mixer, Spices etc. This is our home and we like to cook so our kitchen is well equipped.

Dining area - Gather together and enjoy Red Rock views while dining at a table that easily seats eight people.

Arizona Room - Fantastic Red Rock views, TV and a fireplace. Relaxing chairs and a game table for those fun card games, board games, puzzles and more. Separation of space so that some can be watching TV in the living room and others can be enjoying peace and quiet in the Arizona room or watching their favorite show.

Living Room - Enjoy Red Rock views while watching the 55 Inch Smart Television with Cable. Leather couch and chairs for relaxing in front of the fireplace. Pool, Ping Pong and Air Hockey 3 in 1 table to keep the kids entertained (adults too! :))

Den - Fantastic Red Rock Views while relaxing in serenity. Two electric leather recliners.

Office area - Enjoy the Red Rock views while working! Desk and chair.

There are security cameras located on the outside front, the outside side, and the outside rear of our home for security reasons. If you would like the rear security cameras turned off during your stay, please notify us in writing through the Vrbo messaging app at least three days prior to your stay. Thank you!

Great location/Wonderful View

Home has amazing views inside and out. Kitchen is well stocked. Beds were comfortable. You might want to bring house shoes/slippers because the owners request shoes taken off at the door. Location very convenient to upper Sedona and I did enjoy the nearby hiking trails.

Even better than expected!

This Sedona property offered an outstanding experience! Everything about the home was as advertised and then some. It offered a perfect sprawling floor plan for families to spread out and enjoy the various areas, inside and out. Jane, the host was attentive with communication. The neighborhood is located in a perfect location and is a spot to during your trip to the Grand Canyon!

Sweet Sedona was magical

This property was perfectly located close to everything. It’s a beautiful home with all the amenities you could want. The views of the red rock mountains were spectacular and we enjoyed having our coffee every morning enjoying the view. We also enjoyed the hot tub. It was a welcome after a long day of hiking and shopping. Very clean and immaculate. I could see myself coming back again. Loved it!

Just As Represented!

This home was everything represented, and more! The views were incredible! The location is perfect for walking or driving into town. We took a day trip to the Grand Canyon South Rim and it was great to return in the evening to the very comfortable living space and beds! We will definitely return!

Everything we hoped for

The home was everything we hoped for. Everything was easy to find and easy to use. Instructions were helpful. The view out back in the morning was breathtaking and the lack of light pollution in the evening made the stars shine as bright as I’ve ever seen them. Highly recommend this property.

Amazing and magical!

The pictures really don’t do justice to this home. This home is in an upscale neighborhood, close (walking distance) to town and to amazing trails, the view of red rocks from the home was equally as beautiful as some of our hikes. Sitting and watching the sunrise with morning coffee made it hard to leave the house. Our host “Jane Livingston” was attentive to any needs and really sweet. We will definitely keep this home on our A list of homes where we have stayed and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an amazing and magical place in Sedona!

My daughter and I chose Jane’s home for our trip to Sedona! Property was clean, well stocked, and the views from sunroom and backyard were absolutely beautiful!! Property is close to shopping, restaurants and is located in a quiet neighborhood! We were about a 15 minute drive to the trailheads for the hikes we wanted to do (Devils Bridge, Birthing Cave, & Boynton Canyon)

House seems like a resort

Beautiful views are added to the many sitting spaces. Within walking distance of hikes (Soldiers Pass, Seven Sacred Pools). Also very close to uptown shopping. Nice quiet, serene neighborhood with amazing landscaping. The teens said it seemed like a resort because there were so many places to spread out around the house and property. The pool table and air hockey were fun, too.

A beautiful home! Spectacular views in a quiet neighborhood close to town and easy access to hiking trails. We loved having our morning coffee in the backyard enjoying nature and keeping warm by the firepit. Great attention to details, every need was met! Our host was responsive to our questions. We had a wonderful time and recommend staying at this property.

Very dated house. Very small bathrooms. Uncomfortable beds. Hot tub falling apart. Yard front and back overgrown with weeds. I'm shocked she gets away with having a weed infested yard. The whole neighborhood has beautiful yards. Would not stay here again.

Good house, but be careful for extra charges like credit card fees

This place was nice, clean, great views and had a lot of nice touches like games, and a well stocked kitchen. The owner really cares for her place. The reason I docked the stars is I felt there is no need to stay in uptown unless it’s your first time in Sedona and you want to see downtown area which has restaurants and touristy stores. Otherwise if you want to hike bell rock, cathedral rock or some other places in west Sedona to get in and out of uptown there is so much traffic (5 miles is 30 minutes). The house is technically walkable a mile to downtown but it would be a lot of hills. The other reason I docked the stars and thought about just giving 1 star is I felt the owner was a little heartless charging me extra fee for having an infant even though the contract said total capacity does not include kids under 2. This has never happened to me. She told me she reserves the right to charge. She also made me pay the credit card fees (since I booked through the app and the only way I could pay is via credit card) on top of her large host fees. I understand she is trying to make a profit but she could have used a different tactic. All in all I will never return and will not recommend this place. There are other homes with nice views.

Tonto Road Sedona

Exceptional location with amazing views, easy access to Sedona's main streets and our all time favorite restaurant (Elote). You can walk right out the front door and through the neighborhood and hike up to 8 miles on trails with stunning red rock views. You are 30 minutes or less away from Bell Rock and more exciting trails and red rock beauty. The home was super clean (super clean) and very comfortable. Relaxing and fun - thanks so much!!

I looked for years before finding "JVRSweet Sedona". It is in a very quiet neighborhood with amazing fantastic views and very close to hiking. After walking out the front door in 5 minutes you can be in the woods and in 10 minutes you can be on some of the best trails around, Brins Mesa or Jim Thompson which leads to a number of other trails. The energy from the land at our home just cradles you and it is so easy to relax and unwind.
