Renovated, Cozy Sun City Home Ready to Host Your Getaway!
This newly updated home offers comfort and convenience in this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, fully furnished house including an outdoor grill area complete with BBQ, sink, and counter space to prepare your cocktails to enjoy under the covered patio. Our home has wireless internet, air conditioning, full kitchen with Keurig coffee maker, electric fireplace, laundry, and 65" T.V. This 1100 sq foot home has a separate laundry area plus outdoor living. Carpet adds comfort in the bedrooms, and the recently renovated kitchen and bathrooms add a modern feel. Enjoy the comfort of a cozy home while vacationing or working in sunny Arizona!
- This unit is located in a retirement community and children under the age of 18 are not allowed to stay for more than 30 days. The Sun City community offers monthly rental passes/privilege card with Proof of Lease (30 day minimum) and one person aged 55+ for Sun City Rec centers which provide amenities such as a pool, fitness facility, tennis, pickleball, and numerous other activities, as well multiple golf courses (check golf pricing online). Check Sun City Recreational Centers for more details (https://suncityaz.org/rcsc/). Renters do not need to be 55+ to rent this comfy, modern home.
