Great Stay

This condo was exceptionally clean. New and working appliances. Kitchen has everything you needed. Owners did their best to keep you comfortable and happy.

Excellent!!

My daughter and I were in town for a wedding and this was perfect! The place was spic and span just like the pictures! All the little extras were so special. A beautiful welcome basket was waiting for us and the welcome binder had all the information anyone could need. Stephanie was so quick to respond whenever I had questions. She was very flexible with checkin and checkout times…so accommodating! There are 3 pools to enjoy and it’s a beautiful area. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place!

Very well appointed and had everything you could want, including well equipped kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and close to one of the pools/hot tubs. Host has thought of everything, including extensive and detailed guestbook, a closet full of recreational items and a wonderful snack basket. Would highly recommend.

Modern, Updated Condo

From the welcome basket to checkout, this was a pleasant experience. The kitchen had many amenities, and modern layout. You could tell the owner catered to the business traveler. Amazing property and fantastic host!

Stephanie thought of every single thing one could possibly need. Her attention to detail was incredible! The unit itself is beautiful and clean and has great access to anything you want to see or do in Phoenix. Conveniently, the pool is right across the parking lot which is great. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfection at the Pointe

Best VRBO & Host in Phoenix! Perfection …. It’s an home away from home, an affordable stay, great communication of the wonderful Host to the entry that includes a personal welcome to a gorgeously decorated organized home that sparkles clean, smells incredibly good, snacks provided when you arrive exhausted. The bed is so comfortable & I love this rental & host and return as much as I can. Thank you for another great stay!

A quiet and relaxing getaway

From the moment we walked in we knew that we were welcomed and relaxed. The condo is beautiful and sparkling clean. We immediately felt right at home. Amazing!!!!

Stephanie was fantastic to deal with! Prompt responses.. very cordial, and literally thought of everything! From pool towels, to mixed drink cups, and utensils.. wasn’t one thing we could have asked for that wasn’t provided!!! Place is beautiful and just beyond clean! One nice sized bedroom and an easy to use couch with trundle bed.. also an air bed if needed.. highly recommend!

Clean, cozy, great location Condo, with & excellent host

The hosts really went over and above with this place to make sure that their guests are comfortable. The condo is stocked with everything you’d ever need & is so clean and well kept. We really enjoyed the tennis courts, pools and location to hikes, etc. The surrounding neighborhood isn’t the best but if you Google “peter pans peak” it’s about a 5 min walk to the Phoenix nature preserve where you feel like you’ve escaped the city entirely. The only thing we feel the condo was lacking was that the balcony area was small and the wall was high- not the most ideal spot to sit outside. But overall it was such a Great little gem of a spot!

The Best!

We recently spent 3 weeks at this property and enjoyed every minute. This property was a home away from home and then some. Stephanie has so many nice touches added to this property and has thought of everything. We were wowed the moment we walked in and wanted for nothing the whole time we were there. Stephanie checked on us every week and provided added extras and suggestions to help make this first visit to the Phoenix area so wonderful. We have stayed in a number of VRBO's and this was one of the nicest properties and the best owners. We would recommend this property to anyone.

I must say that this was the cleanest, most well appointed and most organized property that we have ever had the pleasure of occupying. Everything you need you will find at your fingertips. Our two-months stay in Stephanie and Mark condo was wonderful! At our arrival at the condo, we were treated with a basket filled with different snacks, souvenirs from Arizona, chocolates, cheese, a bottle of wine, water, etc.. We have never been welcomed this way in any of the condos rented during our numerous trips. The condo is not big but ideal for 2 people. For the people who love to cook and eat in, there is absolutely nothing missing in the kitchen. The condo is extraordinarily tidy, and you have everything you need, even a first aid kit. Plus, Stephanie was always in touch with us to make sure we didn't need anything. We encountered a few minor issues, but Stephanie and Mark took care of them immediately. They were super hosts!

What a great condo! Very clean, organized and stocked with everything we needed. Loved the decor; so comfortable and homey. The welcome basket was a fun touch. The location was perfect for our holiday plans. It was quite and safe. The host was very easy to work with and stayed in touch with us through and after our stay. Will definitely stay here again!

Phoenix Condo

We loved our stay! As tennis players, the courts were freshly painted and in wonderful condition. We got to play to our hearts content. The pools/hot tubs were beautifully maintained as well. Our condo was perfect and our host couldn’t have been lovelier. It was perfect.

Everything we ask for and more!!!

This was the first time we used VRBO and we couldn't be happier. This Condo had everything we could ask for. The owner was a dream to work with and stayed in touch through the whole process. Next time we visit Arizona, this will be the first property we contact through VRBO. This property was so well equipped with everything you could possibly need.
