located in the coastal strip "HIPPODROME DE LA COTE D 'AZUR" "CROS DE CAGNES", we selected a studio "LA PETITE PLAGE", designated by the owner, creator of modern contemporary art, 50 M from the seaside , very beautiful sea view, air-conditioned, south exposure, on the 1st floor of a luxury residence with lift whose characteristics are as follows: 30 m2, balcony 11m2, ideal for 1,2,3 people.

Un séjour détente

Très bon accueil des propriétaires. Logement cosy fonctionel et très bien équipé dans lequel on se sent bien. Les + : petit déjeuner avec vue sur la mer. La place de parking. Toutes les commodités accessible à pied ( commerces balades divertissement). Les-........ Pour ma part je cherche encore. Encore un grand merci à Daniel. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Amazing kindness when we had to cancel

We had a medical issue and ended up not being able to stay there after all at the last last minute. The owner went out of his way to be kind and Canceled all the charges, I felt so bad about having to change our plans as well as potentially having to pay for the fees dł The email communication was very supportive and I felt blessed by his thoughtfulness. I would definitely stay at this place if we are back in the area.

6 STAR PROPERTY AND OWNER

This property was perfect for our stay along the French Riviera! Daniel and Fred were amazing hosts. The property was exactly as pictured, clean and well suited for 2 people. Daniel and Fred met us upon arrival and provided a great welcome. Easy to maneuver without a car. Train station is about a 10 minute walk and buses run along the coastal road. Restaurants and grocery stores within easy walking distance. 5 stars seems like not enough for such an awesome place and such awesome owners.

Bien meublé, et disposant de quoi cuisiner et laver son linge. Sa position est parfaite avec vue face à la mer. Terrasse pouvant être ombragée par un store. Les propriétaires sont ponctuels, courtois et serviables. Ils cherchent à rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible.

Super Schöne Wohnung mit blick aufs Meer

Wir waren 12 Tage in Cagne sur Mer und in der Wohnung war alles was wir für den Aufenthalt benötigten. Ob Sonnenschirm, induktions Kochfeld, Waschmaschine, nespresso Maschine, Frühstück mit blick aufs Meer, alles war da. Wir hatten einen Super netten Kontakt mit Daniel dem Vermieter. War ein Toller Urlaub Vielen Dank

Parfait.

Propriétaire excellent disponible serviable, il a tout fait pour que nous passons un beau séjour, l appartement es très bien équipé vous ne manquerais de rien, commerce a proximité, l appartement es très bien situé. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermer.

Un logement très agréable

C'est avec grand plaisir que nous reviendrons dans la région mais surtout dans ce logement. Conforme à l'annonce. On s'y sent comme chez soi, ce studio est baigné de lumière, très bien équipé et aménagé avec beaucoup de goût, proche des commerces de proximité. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants. Superbe studio

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans le studio "la petite plage". Ce studio correspond parfaitement avec les photos. Le studio est bien equipé et charmant. Nous sommes allés sur la Cote d'Azur plusieurs reprises et finalement nous avons trouvé un petit appartement qui correspond complètement avec le niveau scandinave concernant la propreté et équipement. Comfortable spacious (bigger than expected!) studio, ideal location for beach, restaurants & shops.

My thanks to Daniel for a very pleasant stay! He is a very attentive host who was happy to put himself out to deal with all my needs. Good to arrive on a self-catering holiday & not have to go shopping immediately for coffee, tea, salt, & pepper! The apartment itself is superbly located, and is bigger than the usual studio, with a proper separate bed that stows away into a wall cupboard - much easier than the ‘clic-clac’ variety. And if you feel too lazy to stow the bed, there is still plenty of living/cooking space & an ‘all day sunshine’ balcony. At first I was slightly concerned about living in an apartment block with neighbours above, below, & adjacent, but only one brief occasion did I hear any loud noises (half an hour of drilling – I just went onto the balcony!). I have tried to think of something bad to say, but all I can think of is, Daniel, you need to buy a couple more teaspoons!

‌un très charmant studio bien agencé ‌

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Mr & Mme SARROT dans le studio que l'on a loué. Le studio est très bien agencé dans un style moderne est fonctionnel, il est également très bien situé comme le décrit l'annonce. Les propriétaires sont très sympathique et aimable et se préoccupe du bon séjour des locataires, ils ont même prévu un cadeaux de bienvenue. Merci encore pour cette semaine ou ont a passé un bon séjour.

Meravigliosa Costa Azzurra

Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento molto ben arredato e attrezzato, non manca nulla! Anche il Sig. Sarrot è stato molto gentile e disponibile. La posizione è ottima infatti in poco tempo si raggiunge Nizza, Cannes, Juan Les Pens, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat......È in poco meno di 2 ore si è a Saint Tropez. Consigliato per coppie massimo con un bambino. Daniela e Paolo

Schön und gute Kommunikation

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und das wichtigste für einen Urlaub war vorhanden wie zb Geschirr, Bügeleisen, Waschmaschine.... es gibt eine gute Zug und Busverbindung mit ca 20 Minuten Fußweg von der Ferienwohnung entfernt, was wir persönlich sehr wichtig fanden, dass man auch gut verfügbare öffentliche Verkehrsmittel zur Verfügung hatte. Wir waren zu dritt in der Ferienwohnung, aber wir müssen sagen, dass sie dafür fast etwas zu klein war. Für 2 Personen ist die Ferienwohnung absolut weiter zu empfehlen.

Geweldig en fijn verblijf (Great and nice stay)

De foto's die op de website staan komen exact overeen met de werkelijkheid. Het was een fantastisch appartement, waar niets maar dan ook werkelijk niets ontbreekt. Daniel & Fred Sarrot hebben er een geweldig mooi en fijn appartement van gemaakt. Wij kunnen iedereen met een gerust hart adviseren om van dit appartement gebruik te maken want het ligt zeer centraal voor bezoeken aan de omgeving zoals Nice, Saint Paul de Vence, Grasse, Cannes, Menton, Monaco etc.etc. Het was voor ons een heel fijne beleving en een mooi verblijf aldaar. Daniel & Fred, nogmaals onze dank het was geweldig.
